【摘要】:水平井、定向井钻井技术通过几十年的发展已经不断成熟,随着井深的增加,水平井深井钻井技术已经成为一个国家钻井技术水平高低的标志。井深的增加导致所钻遇地层的硬度变大,常规的钻井技术难以提高机械钻速,唯有改变钻井方式才是行之有效的方法。本文深入调研了国内外钻井提速的现状,对现有的钻井提速技术和提速工具的优缺点和适应性进行了详细的分析,在此基础上,分析了影响水平井钻速的因素并研究减摩降阻机理,最终确定了通过减摩降阻技术来提高水平井的机械钻速,并以此为理论依据研制轴向振动工具。详细阐述了轴向振动工具的结构和各部件的研制,通过室内试验、地面试验和现场试验,验证了该工具的作用机理的正确性。认为该工具主要应用于水平井钻井,能够减小井下的摩阻和扭矩,减小粘卡的发生,提高机械钻速。
[Abstract]:Horizontal well, directional well drilling technology through decades of development has been mature, with the increase of well depth. Deep well drilling technology in horizontal wells has become a symbol of the level of drilling technology in a country. With the increase of drilling depth, the hardness of the formation drilled becomes larger, and the conventional drilling technology is difficult to improve the drilling speed. Only by changing the drilling method is the effective method. This paper deeply investigates the current situation of drilling speed raising at home and abroad, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and adaptability of the existing drilling speed raising technology and tools in detail. On this basis, the factors that affect the drilling speed of horizontal wells are analyzed and the mechanism of reducing friction and drag is studied. Finally, the mechanical drilling speed of horizontal wells is improved by reducing friction and reducing resistance. The structure of the axial vibration tool and the development of each component are described in detail, through indoor test, ground test and field test. It is considered that the tool is mainly used in horizontal well drilling, which can reduce the friction and torque, reduce the occurrence of sticking cards, and improve the drilling speed.
