【摘要】:在当前全球能源短缺的背景下,世界各国都在千方百计的大力勘探开发新的油田。由于中东国家有着十分丰富的石油资源,因此国内外的钻机设备制造商一直都在致力于研究和开发适应沙漠的钴机。如何提高钻机的移运性,缩短搬家时间,减少搬家费用,研究适合沙漠地区使用的快速移运钻机是石油钻机行业的一个重要内容。沙漠钻机井架、底座的设计和结构分析一直是石油机械研究的重要课题,因此为解决目前在沙漠地区开采石油面临的搬家难,运输模块多,安装拆卸井架底座辅件多的情况下,本篇论文设计出一套适合在沙漠地区作业的7000米大型拖挂钻机,该钻机井架、底座采取液缸的起升方式,利用有限元分析软件SAFI对井架、底座进行计算分析,并对井架拖挂以及主机拖挂进行方案设计,以解决深井井架、底座的整体运输问题和液压起放井架底座的结构问题。在国内外石油钻机行业发展现状进行深入调研的基础上,本文介绍了现有钻机的类型、结构和性能特点,阐述了快速移运钻机、液压起升钻机的发展趋势以及研究设计该类型钻机的目的意义。本文通过了解钻机井架、底座目前存在的类型,井架、底座的载荷,并根据用户的技术协议以及相关要求确定了井架、底座基本方案,对整体结构进行了合理规划。通过专业分析软件SAFI在计算机上进行三维建模,按照API SPEC 4F-2013第4版规范规定的要求对该模型进行了各种工况模拟,分别计算了井架、底座在工作工况1、工作工况2、预期工况、不可预期工况、井架起升工况、底座起升工况下的受力情况。该钻机采用油缸起升,并在SAFI软件里对井架底座进行建模计算得出井架底座液缸推力曲线图,并对油缸进行选型,再根据厂家提供的油缸相关参数分别对井架、底座液缸稳定性进行校核计算。确定了7000米快速移运钻机的方案,并对井架、底座进行了详细的移运方案设计。最后本文总结了7000米快速移运钻机的性能特点,并对其进行了前景展望。
[Abstract]:In the current global energy shortage in the background, all countries in the world in oil exploration and development to vigorously new. Because countries in the Middle East is rich in oil resources, therefore the domestic rig equipment manufacturers have been committed to research and development to adapt to the desert. How to improve the machine co migration of drilling rig, shorten the move time, reduce the cost of moving, the research for desert use quick carrying drilling rig is an important content of oil drilling industry. Desert rig derrick, design and structure analysis of the base has been an important topic in petroleum machinery research, so as to solve the current in the face of desert oil difficult to move, transport module, installation remove the auxiliary derrick base under the condition, this paper designed a set of suitable for operation in the desert area of 7000 meters large trailer rig, the rig derrick base, take The hydraulic cylinder lifting method of derrick using finite element analysis software SAFI, the base of calculation and analysis, and design of the derrick and the host Trailer Trailer, to solve the deep structure of derrick, overall transportation problem and the hydraulic base put derrick base. Based on in-depth research actuality of oil drilling industry this paper introduces on the existing types of drilling rig, structure and performance characteristics, fast moving rig is introduced, the development trend of the rise of the hydraulic and the research purpose of designing this type of rig. By understanding the derrick, the existing base type, derrick, base load, and determine the derrick according to technology the user agreement and related requirements, a basic program of the reasonable planning of the overall structure. Through professional analysis software SAFI three Wei Jianmo on the computer, according to AP I SPEC 4F-2013 version fourth specification requirements for various operating conditions of the simulation model, the derrick are obtained. Base on the work condition of 1 working condition 2, expected conditions, unexpected conditions, derrick raising method, lift force under the condition of the base. The rig adopts cylinder lifting. And in SAFI software modeling of the derrick base calculated derrick base liquid cylinder thrust curve, and selection of cylinder, cylinder according to the parameters provided by the manufacturer of the derrick base hydraulic cylinder stability checking calculation. The scheme of 7000 meters quick carrying drilling rig, and on the base of derrick with the moving design. Finally this paper summarizes 7000 meters quick carrying drilling rig performance characteristics, and its prospects.
