【摘要】:本论文通过应用辽河油田在用磺酸盐表面活性剂,复配筛选阴离子表面活性剂,加入提高抗盐性能的无机聚合物,研究出一种辽河欢西油田稠油驱油用表面活性剂复配体系,经过优化现场施工工艺,取得了较好的驱油效果。通过对各类助剂与石油磺酸盐复配后相关性能研究发现,在复配体系中阴离子表面活性剂AOS能够有效地提高了石油磺酸盐的界面活性,短链阴离子表面活性剂增强了磺酸盐体系的乳化特征,无机聚合物能够有效提高表面活性体系的抗盐性能。通过石油磺酸盐复配体系的性能研究,发现复配体系在适用油藏中具有高界面活性、良好的耐盐性能。管式模型中可以降低注汽压力0.5-2.8MPa,提高锦45块高粘度稠油驱替10%以上,提高低粘度稠油驱替效率15%以上。通过注入方式和注入时机的优化研究发现,石油磺酸盐复配体系在注汽初始阶段注入比在注汽中期和后期注入改善注汽压力的效果好。同时石油磺酸盐复配体系注入量相同的情况下,其以多段塞伴蒸汽注入的方式提高采收率效果最好,确定了高粘度稠油油藏热采技术现场应用石油磺酸盐复配体系应采用“前置液+多段塞伴蒸汽注入”注入方式。对锦45块不同稠油油藏在热采过程注入本文研制的石油磺酸盐复配体系可有效提高油井生产参数和产油情况,增油效果显著。通过对石油磺酸盐复配体系的配方筛选和性能研究以及现场应用试验,形成一套完整的石油磺酸盐改善不同稠油热采油藏的开发效果的优化技术。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application of sulfonate surfactants in Liaohe Oilfield, the selection of anionic surfactants, the addition of inorganic polymers to improve salt resistance. A kind of surfactant compound system for heavy oil flooding in Liaohehuanxi Oilfield was developed, and the field construction technology was optimized. Good oil displacement effect has been obtained. Through the research on the correlation performance of various kinds of additives and petroleum sulfonate. In the mixed system, the anionic surfactant AOS can effectively improve the interfacial activity of petroleum sulfonate, and the short-chain anionic surfactant enhances the emulsification characteristics of the sulfonate system. Inorganic polymers can effectively improve the salt resistance of the surface active system. Through the study of the performance of petroleum sulfonate complex system, it is found that the complex system has high interfacial activity in the suitable reservoir. The pipe model can reduce the steam injection pressure of 0.5-2.8 MPa and improve the displacement of heavy oil with high viscosity in block Jin45 by more than 10%. The displacement efficiency of low viscosity heavy oil is improved by more than 15%. The injection of petroleum sulfonate complex system in the initial stage of steam injection is better than that in the middle and late stage of steam injection. At the same time, the injection rate of petroleum sulfonate complex system is the same. It is the best way to improve oil recovery by multi-slug and steam injection. It is determined that the application of petroleum sulfonate complex system in the field application of thermal recovery technology in high viscosity heavy oil reservoir should be "pre-liquid multi-stage plug with steam injection". Injection mode. Injection of petroleum sulfonate compound system developed in this paper into different heavy oil reservoirs of block Jin 45 in thermal recovery process can effectively improve the production parameters and production conditions of oil wells. The oil increasing effect is remarkable. The formula screening and performance study of petroleum sulfonate compound system and field application test are carried out. To form a complete set of petroleum sulfonates to improve the thermal recovery of different heavy oil reservoir development efficiency optimization technology.
