【摘要】:油田注入水中含有大量成垢离子,在采油过程中由于温度、压力、pH值等因素的变化,导致管道设备中出现结垢现象。针对大庆油田油井结垢的现象,选取了大庆油田某区块的三个油井垢样进行化学分析,得到垢样中各组分的含量,选取其中一个油井的垢样进行扫描电镜能谱分析和X射线衍射光谱分析,并对油田采出水成分进行分析,得出垢样的主要组成为碳酸钙。针对垢样复配出五种防垢剂,在ρ(Ca~(2+))=50mg/L,碱度(以CaCO_3计)2.5g/L,反应温度70℃,反应时间24h,复配防垢剂总投加量5mg/L的实验条件下筛选出性能最佳的防垢剂,然后对其进行性能评价。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of scaling ions in the injected water of oil field. Due to the change of temperature, pressure and pH value, the scaling phenomenon appears in the pipeline equipment, aiming at the phenomenon of oil well scaling in Daqing Oilfield. Three oil well scale samples in one block of Daqing Oilfield were selected for chemical analysis, and the contents of each component in the scale samples were obtained. One of the scale samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). By analyzing the composition of produced water from oilfield, it is concluded that the main composition of scale sample is calcium carbonate.
