【摘要】:随着经济的发展,能源需求的增加,作为能源输送载体的管道工程得到了长足的发展。清管技术,作为保障管道安全可靠运行提高管道运行技术经济效益的重要技术措施之一,也得到了广泛的应用与发展。 清管器是清管技术的重要组成部分,其在流体压力的驱动下在管道中运动,利用其与管道之间的摩擦、刮削作用清洗管道,且可在运动过程中利用相关检测仪器完成对管道的检测。清管器类型繁多,结构不一,其中应用得较为广泛的是芯轴式清管器。 芯轴式清管器由钢轴、皮碗以及其他清洗检测部件构成。皮碗是芯轴式清管器的重要部件,其与管道之间过盈配合,从而完成密封流体形成驱动力与刮削管壁清洗管道并推动污垢前进这两方面的功能。然而,目前在实际运用中对皮碗的设计与选用还主要依靠工程经验,故有必要对皮碗的性能进行深入的分析研究。 首先,对芯轴式清管器进行了动力分析,得到了基于假设条件的运动方程,并知晓了影响芯轴式清管器运动的相关因素。同时,还对芯轴式清管器在三通与弯管中的通过能力进行了分析。 其次,从皮碗的结构类型与连接方式出发,对皮碗进行了受力分析,得到了皮碗的受力模型以及简化条件下的理论计算公式。并综合以上两个部分得到了皮碗的性能主要体现为与管道之间的相互作用情况,同时,分析了影响皮碗接触性能的相关因素。 最后,结合上述的分析,从两个方面对皮碗的接触性能进行了研究:一是皮碗本身结构;二是皮碗的工况条件。皮碗本身结构方面,分析得到了皮碗在不同过盈量、不同厚度、不同唇长时的相关性能的值以及其变化的规律;皮碗工况条件方面,分析得到了皮碗在不同压差、不同管径以及通过焊缝余高时相关性能的值以及其变化规律。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increase of energy demand, pipeline engineering, which is the carrier of energy transmission, has made great progress. As one of the important technical measures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of pipeline, it has been widely used and developed. Pipe-cleaner is an important part of pipe-cleaning technology. It moves in the pipeline driven by fluid pressure and cleans the pipeline by the friction between it and the pipe. It can be used in the process of movement to complete the inspection of the pipeline. There are many types and different structures of the pipe cleaner, among which the core shaft type pipe cleaner is widely used. The core shaft type pipe cleaner is composed of steel shaft, leather bowl and other cleaning and detecting parts. The leather bowl is an important part of the core shaft type pipe cleaner, which fits with the pipe. In order to complete the sealing fluid formation driving force and scraper pipe wall cleaning pipe cleaning and promote fouling advance of the two functions. However, in practical use, the design and selection of leather bowls mainly rely on engineering experience. Therefore, it is necessary to the performance of leather bowls in-depth analysis and research. First of all, the dynamic analysis of the core shaft cleaner is carried out, and the motion equation based on the hypothetical condition is obtained, and the relevant factors affecting the movement of the core shaft cleaner are known. At the same time. The passage ability of the core shaft type pipe cleaner in three-way and bend pipe is also analyzed. Secondly, from the point of view of the structure type and connection mode of the leather bowl, the force of the leather bowl is analyzed. The mechanical model of the cup and the theoretical calculation formula under the simplified conditions are obtained. The performance of the leather bowl is mainly reflected in the interaction between the pipe and the pipe, and at the same time, the performance of the leather bowl is obtained by synthesizing the above two parts. The related factors affecting the contact properties of leather bowls were analyzed. Finally, based on the above analysis, the contact properties of the leather bowls are studied from two aspects: first, the structure of the leather bowls; Second, the operating conditions of the leather bowl. In terms of the structure of the leather bowl itself, the relative performance of the leather bowl with different interference amount, different thickness and different lip length was obtained and the law of its change was obtained. In terms of the working conditions of the leather bowl, the relative performance of the leather bowl under different pressure differences, different pipe diameters and the residual height through the weld seam was obtained and its variation law was obtained.
