横向管道滑坡有限元模型的建立及验证

【摘要】:油气管道沿线的地质滑坡会对管道安全运行造成极大威胁,管道一旦发生过量位移或受到过量应力,将产生屈曲变形甚至断裂。采用人工堆土的方法,建立了实体滑坡模型,整个模型平面形态采用圈椅形,将埋地管道当作埋地长梁,主要监测滑坡体自身表面变形、管道变形与应力、管土之间的相互作用力以及滑坡体内部力的分布形式。依据实体模型试验结果,结合弹性地基梁理论构建了横向管道滑坡的有限元模型,结果表明:在横向管道滑坡中,管道应力较大处位于滑坡宽度中央和滑坡两侧边界处。将有限元分析结果与试验监测结果进行对比,从而验证了所建模型的有效性。该模型可以用来进一步探讨滑坡对管道的力学作用。
[Abstract]:The geological landslide along the oil and gas pipeline will pose a great threat to the safe operation of the pipeline. Once the pipeline occurs excessive displacement or excessive stress, it will produce buckling deformation or even fracture. The solid landslide model is established. The plane shape of the model adopts the ring chair shape, and the buried pipeline is regarded as the buried long beam, which mainly monitors the surface deformation, pipeline deformation and stress of the landslide body itself. Based on the experimental results of solid model and elastic foundation beam theory, the finite element model of transverse pipeline landslide is established. The results show that the stress of the pipeline lies at the center of the width of the landslide and the boundary between the two sides of the landslide, and the finite element analysis results are compared with the test results. The model can be used to further study the mechanical effect of landslide on pipeline.
