大庆外围南部油田储层压力预测及调控技术研究

【摘要】:大庆外围油田已全面进入加密调整阶段,需要进一步完善注采模式提高驱油效率。开发区块基础井网井间距平均为300米,通过加密调整的方式,井间距缩短为150米。在加密调整井钻井过程中,邻近注水井需要关井,而受断层、储层低渗及储层非均质性等因0素影响,在注水期间储层内部形成异常高压。面对储层压力分布复杂、钻关井对油田开发影响较大这一矛盾问题,需要进一步研究注采条件下储层压力分布预测技术及安全钻井技术,建立适合于大庆外围油田的调整井钻关方案。通过本文的研究,可提高油田调整井区块储层地层压力预测精度,降低钻井施工过程中复杂事故发生。最终建立适合大庆外围油田调整井的钻关标准,适用于低孔低渗储层环境,满足外围注水开发油田后期加密调整的需要,降低注水井钻关给油田开发带来的不利影响。本文通过对大庆外围油田储层地质概况、矿物特性、储层孔隙结构、断层发育特征及裂缝特征等方面资料的综合分析,全面掌握研究区块的地质特征,进而根据渗流力学原理、油藏动态分析、现代试井解释等方法来建立正常注采条件下的压力分布理论模型以及改变注采条件的压力分布理论模型,预测出各层压力,并与实测压力进行对比,绘制出压力分布以及压力剖面图。进而对试验井区的压力分布特征以及储层压力的影响因素进行系统分析。最终在分析储层钻关降压规律分析、注水井放溢泄压规律的基础上,形成一套大庆外围油田调整井钻井的钻关标准。研究表明,注采条件下储层压力预测技术适用于外围低渗储层非均质条件下不同遮挡条件下地层压力预测,用于指导钻关方案制定及储层压力调控;注水井放溢泄压调控技术应用可以有效降低注采不平衡区、断层遮挡井区储层压力,减少钻井复杂事故发生,降低钻井成本。但对于裂缝高压体调控效果差;大庆外围油田调整井钻井的钻关标准,适用于低孔低渗储层环境,满足外围注水开发油田后期加密调整的需要。
[Abstract]:Daqing Peripheral Oilfield has entered the stage of infilling adjustment, it is necessary to further improve the injection-production model to improve the oil displacement efficiency. The average spacing between the basic wells and wells in the development block is 300 meters, through infilling adjustment. The interval between wells is shortened to 150 meters. In the drilling process of infill adjustment wells, the adjacent water injection wells need to be shut down, which is affected by factors such as fault, reservoir low permeability and reservoir heterogeneity. During water injection, abnormal high pressure is formed in the reservoir. In the face of complex distribution of reservoir pressure, drilling and shut-in has a great impact on oilfield development. It is necessary to further study the prediction technology of reservoir pressure distribution and safety drilling technology under injection-production conditions, and establish the drilling and closing scheme of adjustment wells suitable for Yu Daqing peripheral oil fields. It can improve the prediction accuracy of reservoir formation pressure in adjustment well block of oil field, reduce the complex accident in drilling operation process, and finally establish the drilling and closing standard suitable for adjustment well in peripheral oil field of Daqing, which is suitable for low porosity and low permeability reservoir environment. To meet the needs of later infilling adjustment in peripheral waterflooding oilfield and to reduce the adverse effects of drilling and closing of injection wells on oilfield development, this paper analyzes the geological situation, mineral characteristics and pore structure of reservoir in Daqing peripheral oilfield. Comprehensive analysis of fault development characteristics and fracture characteristics, comprehensive grasp of the geological characteristics of the block, and then according to the principle of percolation mechanics, reservoir dynamic analysis. Modern well test interpretation and other methods are used to establish the theoretical model of pressure distribution under normal injection and production conditions and the theoretical model of pressure distribution to change the conditions of injection and production. The pressure of each layer is predicted and compared with the measured pressure. The pressure distribution and pressure profile are drawn, and then the pressure distribution characteristics and reservoir pressure influencing factors in test well area are analyzed systematically. Finally, the analysis of reservoir drilling-off and pressure-lowering law is carried out. A set of drilling and closing standards for adjustment wells in Daqing peripheral oil field are formed on the basis of the rule of discharge and pressure relief of water injection wells. Reservoir pressure prediction technology under injection-production condition is suitable for formation pressure prediction under different occlusion conditions under heterogeneous condition of peripheral low permeability reservoir, which can be used to guide drilling scheme formulation and reservoir pressure control. The application of water injection well overflow and pressure release control technology can effectively reduce the reservoir pressure in the injection-production imbalance area, the fault shading area, reduce the occurrence of complex drilling accidents and reduce drilling cost, but the control effect on the fractured high pressure body is poor. The drilling standard of adjustment well in Daqing peripheral oilfield is suitable for low porosity and low permeability reservoir environment and meets the need of infilling adjustment in peripheral waterflooding oilfield.
