基于尖锥网络分析法的管道风险评价研究

【摘要】:为更全面准确识别管道风险,提高管道运行的安全水平,用尖锥网络分析法(ConeANP),从管道全生命周期角度,分析管道完整性风险评价体系构成,构建风险评价指标的Cone-ANP结构并求取各指标权重,最后将其结果与传统ANP法进行对比分析。研究结果表明:管道风险因素存在于管道全生命周期的各个阶段;监督力度和高后果区识别是影响管道完整性风险的重要因素;在全生命周期视角下,腐蚀所占权重较低。用Cone-ANP法求取的管道风险评价指标权重更为客观合理。
[Abstract]:In order to identify pipeline risks more comprehensively and accurately and improve the safety level of pipeline operation, this paper analyzes the composition of pipeline integrity risk assessment system from the point of view of pipeline life cycle by means of cone network analysis method. Construct the Cone-ANP structure of the risk evaluation index and obtain the weight of each index. Finally, the results are compared with the traditional ANP method. The results show that the pipeline risk factors exist in all stages of the pipeline life cycle. The intensity of supervision and the identification of high consequence area are the important factors that affect the integrity risk of pipeline. In the view of the whole life cycle, the weight of corrosion is relatively low, and the weight of pipeline risk evaluation index obtained by Cone-ANP method is more objective and reasonable.
