无碱二元复合驱技术在辽河油田设计及应用

【摘要】:无碱二元复合驱技术是化学驱技术一种,是由聚合物和表活剂复配而成,可以有效改善水驱老油田开发效果,大幅度提高原油采收率。随着该技术日益成熟,已在辽河油田发挥显著作用,为辽河油田化学驱扩大实施奠定坚实基础。聚合物/表面活性剂二元复合驱油体系中由于没有加入碱,减少了添加碱造成地层结垢的问题,但由于没有碱的帮助,使油水界面张力得到升高,界面张力很难达到超低(10-3mN/m数量级),使提高驱油效率降低,并且表活剂的吸附量也大大增加,经济成本大大提高。本文研究和分析了无碱二元驱技术在辽河油田设计及应用情况,从化学驱体系评价、配方体系优化,注入参数优化及现场跟踪监测等方面开展。成功筛选研制一种能够在无碱条件下使油水间的界面张力达到超低(10-3mN/m数量级)的表面活性剂。通过室内实验,研究了表面活性剂的界面张力、稳定性、乳化性及吸附性等,从无碱二元复合驱油体系和三元复合驱油体系进行物模试验进行了对比分析。结果表明,二元驱驱油效果最好,并对无碱二元驱油体系表活性剂浓度、段塞尺寸、聚合物浓度、注入时机进行优化。通过现场跟踪监测与调整,保证二元驱有效开展,现场应用情况表明,锦16块二元驱现场试验已见明显增油降水效果,试验区日产油由61吨上升至最高350吨,含水由96.5%下降至82.6%,阶段累增油27.4万吨。
[Abstract]:Alkali-free binary composite flooding is a chemical flooding technology, which is composed of polymer and surface active agent. It can effectively improve the development effect of water flooding old oil field and increase oil recovery greatly. With the development of this technology maturing day by day. It has played a significant role in Liaohe Oilfield and laid a solid foundation for the expansion of chemical flooding in Liaohe Oilfield. There is no alkali in the polymer / surfactant binary compound flooding system. The problem of formation scaling caused by adding alkali is reduced, but without the help of alkali, the interfacial tension of oil and water is increased, and the interfacial tension is very difficult to reach the order of 10 ~ (-3) mn / m (10 ~ (-3) mn / m). This paper studies and analyzes the design and application of alkali-free binary flooding technology in Liaohe Oilfield. From the chemical flooding system evaluation, formula system optimization. The optimization of injection parameters and the monitoring of in-situ tracking have been carried out. A kind of interfacial tension between oil and water has been developed successfully in the absence of alkali-free conditions, and the interfacial tension between oil and water can reach the order of 10 ~ (-3) mn / m). Through laboratory experiments. The interfacial tension, stability, emulsification and absorbability of surfactants were studied. The effect of binary flooding is the best, and the surfactant concentration, slug size, polymer concentration and injection time of non-alkali binary flooding system are optimized. The field tracking monitoring and adjustment are used to ensure the effective development of binary flooding. The field application shows that the field test of binary flooding in Jin16 block has obvious effect of increasing oil and precipitation, the daily oil production in the test area has increased from 61 tons to the highest 350 tons, and the water cut has decreased from 96.5% to 82.6%. The stage accumulated 274,000 tons of oil.
