含油污泥脱水萃取工艺研究

【摘要】：针对辽河油田浮渣底泥进行了特性分析及萃取工艺优化实验。对不同含水率的含油污泥进行萃取实验,分析含油污泥中水分对萃取过程的影响,确定适宜含油污泥萃取的含水率区间为20.0%~30.0%。适宜的萃取条件为:剂泥比(质量)为2∶1,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间30 min,在此优化条件下,含油污泥油分萃取率65%。
