CY含油污水生化处理站的污水处理技术选择研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着在原油生产过程中油田污水对环境的污染越来越严重,并且在我国政府对环境保护工作高度重视的背景下,使得对油田污水的处理变的尤为重要。本论文旨在针对D油田所下属的CY含油污水生化处理站的污水处理技术来展开全面研究,CY含油污水生化处理站是D油田的环保重点项目,日处理污水能力三万立方米,也是D油田最大的工业污水处理站。目前D油田开采已经进入三次采油阶段,为了更好地提高采油效率,D油田同现阶段大部分油田的选择一样,通过聚合物三元复合体系驱油技术进行原油开采。然而大量的采用三元复合驱油技术使得采油产出水中含有大量的、复杂的高分子聚合物,极大地增加了污水的处理难度。此外,随着D油田驱油用水量的增大,污水量也剧增,这就更加增大了污水的处理难度。随着国家环保法规制度的日益严格,目前CY含油污水生化处理站的污水处理技术已经不适合当前环境保护和油田生产的需要。针对D油田的污水现状,深入有效地开展高含聚物污水水质处理技术的研究就显得极为重要。本论文便是根据D油田的实际情况,首先通过互联网、图书馆以及相关科研机构等多种渠道,搜集并查阅了大量关于油田污水处理技术的方案、方法和法规等资料。然后通过研究国内外油田污水处理技术的相关资料,归纳出各种技术的原理及优缺点。结合实地调查得出的CY含油污水生化处理站的污水特点,将所查阅的资料中与之相关的技术逐个罗列出来。最后综合考虑CY含油污水生化处理站的污水现状及各种油田污水处理技术的特点,从而明确评价指标体系的特点,选择出适宜的评价方法。本论文运用层次分析法,对CY含油污水生化处理站的可选污水处理技术进行分析优选,筛选出最优的污水处理技术。在层次分析法的分析筛选中,以CY含油污水生化处理站当前污水处理最适合的三种技术设为方案层;把实现CY含油污水生化处理站的污水达标排放作为目标层;把三种方案的技术要求、经济要求、环境要求、政策要求作为的目标评价层,建立层次模型,再构造判断矩阵,根据矩阵中各因素标度值来计算其比重,最后通过层次总排序计算出三种水处理技术的优先顺序,得到评价结果。根据评价结果,最终选择MBBR强化生物处理技术作为CY含油污水生化处理站的污水处理技术并成功进行了现场试验,为CY含油污水生化处理站的污水处理技术的选择提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with the oil field sewage pollution to the environment more and more serious in the crude oil production process, and under the background that our country government attaches great importance to the environmental protection work. It is very important to treat oilfield wastewater. This paper aims to carry out a comprehensive study on wastewater treatment technology of CY oily sewage biochemical treatment station in D Oilfield. CY oil-bearing wastewater biochemistry treatment station is the key item of D oilfield environmental protection, the daily sewage treatment capacity is 30,000 cubic meters, it is also the largest industrial sewage treatment station in D oilfield. At present, D oilfield production has entered the stage of three oil recovery. In order to improve the oil recovery efficiency, the D oil field is the same as most of the oil fields at the present stage. Crude oil is produced by polymer ternary system flooding technology. However, a large number of ASP flooding technology makes oil production water contain a large number of complex polymer. It greatly increases the difficulty of sewage treatment. In addition, with the increase of flooding water consumption in D oilfield, the sewage water volume also increases dramatically, which increases the difficulty of sewage treatment. With the increasingly strict national environmental protection laws and regulations. At present, the wastewater treatment technology of CY oil-bearing wastewater biochemical treatment station is not suitable for the current environmental protection and the needs of oilfield production. It is very important to carry out deep and effective research on water quality treatment technology of high polymer wastewater. This paper is based on the actual situation of D oilfield, first through the Internet. Libraries and related scientific research institutions and other channels, collected and consulted a large number of oilfield sewage treatment technology programs. Methods and regulations. Then through the study of domestic and foreign oilfield sewage treatment technology related data. The principle, advantages and disadvantages of various technologies are summarized. Combined with field investigation, the sewage characteristics of CY oily wastewater biochemical treatment station are obtained. The related technologies are listed one by one. Finally, the wastewater status of CY oily wastewater biochemistry treatment station and the characteristics of various oilfield wastewater treatment technologies are considered synthetically. In order to determine the characteristics of the evaluation index system and select the appropriate evaluation method. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and select the optional sewage treatment technology of the CY oil wastewater biochemical treatment station. In the analysis and screening of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the three most suitable technologies for wastewater treatment in CY oily wastewater biochemistry treatment station are selected as the scheme layer. The target layer is to realize the standard discharge of CY oily sewage biochemical treatment station. The technical requirements, economic requirements, environmental requirements and policy requirements of the three schemes are taken as the objective evaluation layer, the hierarchical model is established, the judgment matrix is constructed, and its proportion is calculated according to the scale value of each factor in the matrix. Finally, the priority order of three kinds of water treatment technology is calculated by hierarchical total ranking, and the evaluation results are obtained, according to the evaluation results. Finally, the MBBR enhanced biological treatment technology was selected as the wastewater treatment technology of CY oil wastewater biochemical treatment station and the field test was carried out successfully. It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of wastewater treatment technology in CY oil wastewater biochemical treatment station.
