ZJ50DB模块化钻机井架设计与研究

【摘要】:目前,国内现有钻机与国外同类型钻机相比,普遍存在移运不方便、搬迁安装时间长、拆装工作量大和运输车次多等问题,钻井效率低,已经不能满足市场的要求,特别是钻深为4000m、5000m的中深井钻机。为此,开发出一套既能适合油田中深井开采,又能节约钻井成本、缩短钻井周期的模块化钻机,已成为市场迫切的需要。本文主要设计了一种ZJ50DB模块化钻机井架,首先根据模块化钻机的特点确定了钻机的总体方案,重点针对井架的设计思路和结构形式进行了说明;其次,对井架的总体尺寸、各段结构形式和连接方式,井架的起升方式及其附件进行了设计,井架背横梁采用了能够翻转的折叠形式,段与段之间采用了新型的快速连接方式,井架和底座采用一副液缸梁起升,并利用Autodesk Inventor软件建立了井架的三维造型,生成了工程图;最后利用SAFI软件建立了井架有限元模型,对其静强度和模态进行了分析,同时利用ANSYS软件对井架支座、段连接耳板和起升液缸梁进行了强度校核计算,所设计井架结构合理,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:At present, compared with the same type of drilling rigs abroad, the existing domestic drilling rigs generally have the problems of inconvenient transportation, long relocation and installation time, large workload of disassembly and assembly and many times of transport vehicles, etc., and the drilling efficiency is low. It has been unable to meet the requirements of the market, especially the medium-deep drilling rig with a depth of 4000mm-5000m. For this reason, a set of drilling rig can be developed which can not only be suitable for the production of medium-deep wells in oil fields, but also save the drilling cost. The modular drilling rig which shortens the drilling cycle has become an urgent need of the market. This paper mainly designed a ZJ50DB modular drilling rig Derrick, first according to the characteristics of the modular drilling rig to determine the overall scheme of drilling rig. The design idea and structure form of Derrick are explained in detail. Secondly, the overall size of the Derrick, the structural form of each section and the connection mode, the hoisting mode of the Derrick and its accessories are designed. The back beam of the Derrick adopts the folding form that can be turned over. A new type of quick connection method was adopted between the sections. The Derrick and the base were lifted up by a pair of liquid cylinder beams, and the 3D modeling of the Derrick was established by using Autodesk Inventor software. The engineering drawing is generated; Finally, the finite element model of Derrick is established by using SAFI software, and its static strength and mode are analyzed. At the same time, the Derrick support is analyzed by ANSYS software. The strength of the connecting ear plate and the lifting cylinder beam is calculated and the structure of the Derrick is reasonable and safe and reliable.
