孤东四号联采出液化学破乳脱水技术研究

【摘要】:随着油藏的不断开采,我国部分油田已经进入高含水开发阶段,增大了开采难度。三次采油技术在提高原油采收率的同时,使得采出液性质发生变化,导致原油乳状液脱水困难,因此,研究含聚合物采出液的破乳脱水对实际生产具有重要意义。孤东采油厂原油总产量的四分之三来自于注聚合物驱采原油和热力驱采稠油,与常规注聚驱采相比,东四联采出液成分更加复杂,油水乳化程度高,给其脱水造成了很大困难。通过对东四联采出液的物性分析,结合现场脱水条件确定实验室配置乳状液的最佳条件为:乳化温度65℃,乳化机间歇搅拌,乳化强度800r/min,搅拌时间10min,水相预热后缓慢分次加入。采用瓶试法模拟东四联采出液现场沉降脱水过程,结果表明水溶性原油破乳剂破乳脱水效果相对较差,油溶性破乳剂更适合于东四联乳状液,最终选择BC-018L破乳剂;在室内实验条件下对油溶性破乳剂BC-018L进行性能评价,脱水温度70℃、破乳剂加量70ppm、预脱水剂加量15ppm、沉降10h即可使剩余油中含水率达到现场要求的处理指标;沉降后期,随着沉降时间的延长,脱水率有增加的趋势;破乳剂的浓度变化对脱水率有较大的影响,由于现场脱水条件较实验室复杂得多,故建议药剂用量为BC-018L加量80ppm、预脱剂加量15ppm。在确定破乳剂及最佳脱水条件的基础上,通过模拟分析,对东四联在用脱水工艺流程进行了优化与改进。实验发现,破乳剂加入方式对脱水效果影响较大,最终确定最佳加药方式为伸入开孔式,开孔方式为径向两侧开孔;同时,使用SK与SX组合式静态混合器能够增强混合,最终使东四联外输原油含水率低于15%。
[Abstract]:With the continuous exploitation of the reservoir, some oil fields in China have entered the stage of high water cut development, which increases the difficulty of exploitation. The tertiary oil recovery technology improves the oil recovery factor and changes the properties of the produced liquid at the same time. This results in difficult dehydration of crude oil emulsions. It is of great significance to study the demulsification and dehydration of polymer produced liquid. 3/4 of the total crude oil output of Gudong Oil production Plant comes from polymer injection flooding and thermal flooding and heavy oil recovery, compared with conventional polymer flooding. The composition of Dong-Si-Lian produced liquid is more complex and the degree of oil-water emulsification is high, which makes it very difficult to dewatering.
