温度对丁腈基螺杆泵定子橡胶摩擦学性能的影响

【摘要】:科学技术的不断进步促使螺杆泵采油系统在含砂稠油井的应用不断推广,而且具有良好的发展前景。螺杆泵采油具有操作方便、投资少、设备结构简单、节能效果明显以及适应性强等特点,有良好的发展前景。定子橡胶作为采油螺杆泵的关键部件之一,其性能优劣是决定螺杆泵应用效果的重要因素。螺杆泵连续工作在相对较高的温度环境中,较高的环境温度致使定子橡胶的物理、化学性能发生变化,,加速橡胶的老化和磨损,缩短定子的使用寿命。因此深入研究温度对定子橡胶的影响,对于螺杆泵的发展至关重要。 本文从螺杆泵的实际工作环境出发,以不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶为材料,通过测试经原油溶胀后橡胶试样的体积、抗拉强度和扯断伸长率等的一系列变化,研究温度对定子橡胶机械性能的影响;并利用MPV-600环块式摩擦磨损试验机,以原油为磨损介质,在不同的温度条件下,分别对溶胀后和未溶胀的三种丁腈橡胶进行磨损试验,重点研究温度对橡胶摩擦磨损性能的影响。 通过上述实验并对橡胶溶胀及磨损表面的分析,证实了温度的变化对定子橡胶的性能确实有很大的影响,温度升高会促使原油中小分子物质剧烈活动,进入橡胶内部导致分子链的断裂或交联,致使力学性能下降。同时,温度的升高还会使定子橡胶的耐磨性能和磨损机理改变。分析得出,在原油介质中温度对定子橡胶的影响主要体现在溶胀、化学侵蚀和机械磨损方面,并且橡胶的丙烯腈含量也有很大关联影响。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the application of screw pump oil recovery system in sand bearing heavy oil wells is popularized and has a good development prospect. The screw pump oil recovery has the advantages of easy operation, less investment and simple equipment structure. As one of the key components of oil recovery screw pump, the stator rubber is one of the key parts of oil recovery screw pump with obvious energy-saving effect and strong adaptability, and has a good development prospect. Its performance is an important factor to determine the application effect of screw pump. The continuous operation of screw pump in relatively high temperature environment, the higher ambient temperature causes the change of physical and chemical properties of stator rubber. It is very important for the development of screw pump to study the effect of temperature on stator rubber by accelerating the aging and wear of rubber and shortening the service life of stator. Based on the actual working environment of screw pump, a series of changes such as volume, tensile strength and elongation at break of rubber samples after swelling of crude oil were measured with acrylonitrile rubber with different content of acrylonitrile as material. The effect of temperature on mechanical properties of stator rubber was studied. Three kinds of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) after swelling and without swelling were tested under different temperature using MPV-600 ring block friction and wear tester with crude oil as wear medium. The effect of temperature on the friction and wear properties of rubber was studied. Through the above experiments and the analysis of rubber swelling and wear surface, it is proved that the change of temperature has a great influence on the performance of stator rubber, and the increase of temperature will promote the intense activity of small molecular matter in crude oil. Entering into the rubber leads to the breakage or crosslinking of the molecular chain, which leads to the decline of mechanical properties. At the same time, the increase of temperature will also change the wear resistance and wear mechanism of the stator rubber. The influence of temperature on stator rubber in crude oil medium is mainly reflected in swelling, chemical erosion and mechanical wear, and the acrylonitrile content of rubber is also closely related.
