基于甲方视角对延144井区CNG项目质量控制的研究

【摘要】：CNG是一种理想的车用替代能源,具有效益高、成本低、无污染、性能稳定、减少发动机损耗等优点。截止2011年12月底,我国CNG汽车总量的世界排名由此前的第七升至第五位,CNG产业已成为我国能源结构调整中的新能源,是朝阳产业。甲方作为CNG项目的主要出资方和最终受益者,会全过程、全面的参与整个工程的质量控制活动。因此,本文从甲方视角展开CNG工程的质量控制研究。而随着技术和管理理念的变化,工程项目的质量控制方法也将不断提升,这是一个永恒的研究主题。因此,本文顺应时代发展的需要,结合延144井CNG试采集工程,基于甲方视角,对CNG采集工程的质量控制方法进行了详细论述,以求为业界同仁和学者提供参考。本文在梳理质量控制相关理论与方法的基础上,以延144井CNG采气站建设的质量控制方法为例,对CNG工程项目事前、事中、事后质量控制的内容与措施进行了详细分析。其中,甲方事前质量控制主要以工程立项、工程设计、工程招标为主,事中质量控制主要以甲方自控、他人监控为主,事后质量控制以工程验收和质量纠偏为主。
[Abstract]:CNG is an ideal alternative energy for vehicles, with the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, no pollution, stable performance, reduced engine loss, etc. By the end of December 2011. The world ranking of China's total number of CNG vehicles has risen from 7th to 5th, which has become a new energy source in the adjustment of China's energy structure. Party A, as the main investor and ultimate beneficiary of the CNG project, will participate in the whole process and participate in the quality control activities of the whole project. With the change of technology and management concept, the quality control method of engineering project will be continuously improved, which is an eternal research topic. In accordance with the needs of the development of the times, this paper discusses in detail the quality control methods of the CNG acquisition project of Yen144 well based on the perspective of Party A. In order to provide a reference for colleagues and scholars in the industry. Based on the theory and method of quality control, this paper takes the quality control method of the construction of CNG gas production station in Yen144 well as an example. The contents and measures of quality control in advance and afterwards of CNG project are analyzed in detail. Among them, the quality control in advance of Party A mainly consists of project establishment, engineering design and engineering bidding. The quality control is mainly controlled by Party A and monitored by others, and the quality control is based on project acceptance and quality correction.
