黏弹性表面活性剂对中低渗油藏驱油的适应性研究

【摘要】:黏弹性表面活性剂在一定浓度条件下呈现出较高黏度,具有一定的流度控制能力,同时又有普通驱油用表面活性剂降低油水界面张力的能力,从而有望替代聚表二元驱,成为一种良好的驱油剂。本文以实际油藏为背景,首次研究了驱油用黏弹性表面活性剂在多孔介质中的性能,主要研究内容如下: (1)研究了黏弹性表面活性剂在不同矿物表面的静态吸附性质,以及在多孔介质中的动态滞留规律。研究结果表明:黏弹性表面活性剂在多孔介质中的动态滞留量为10-2-100mg/g,远远小于其静态吸附量(100~102mg/g)。 (2)研究了黏弹性表面活性剂在多孔介质中的注入性和流度控制能力。研究结果表明:黏弹性表面活性剂在中低渗储层中具有良好的注入性和流度控制能力。 (3)设计岩心流动实验研究了黏弹性表面活性剂在多孔介质中的流变性能。研究结果表明:黏弹性表面活性剂在多孔介质中的有效黏度由剪切黏度和拉伸黏度构成。存在一个临界剪切速率,临界剪切速率以下,剪切作用占主导;临界剪切速率以上,拉伸效应显著。 (4)通过岩心驱油物模实验研究了黏弹性表面活性剂驱油效率。研究结果表明黏弹性表面活性剂具有与聚表二元驱相当的驱油效率,在中低渗油藏中具有良好的应用潜力。 本文有关黏弹性表面活性剂的研究丰富了中低渗油藏提高采收率理论,为高含水期油藏的开发提供了技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Viscoelastic surfactants have a high viscosity at a certain concentration and have a certain mobility control ability. At the same time, some surfactants used in oil displacement can reduce the interfacial tension of oil and water. In this paper, the performance of viscoelastic surfactants for oil displacement in porous media is studied for the first time, and the main contents are as follows:. The static adsorption properties of viscoelastic surfactants on different mineral surfaces were studied. The results show that the dynamic retention of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media is 10-2-100 mg / g. It is far less than its static adsorption capacity of 100 ~ 102mg / g. 2). The injectability and mobility control ability of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media are studied. The results show that viscoelastic surfactants have good injectability and mobility control ability in middle and low permeability reservoirs. 3). The rheological properties of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media were studied by core flow experiment. The effective viscosity of viscoelastic surfactants in porous media consists of shear viscosity and tensile viscosity, and there exists a critical shear rate. Below the critical shear rate, shear action dominates; When the critical shear rate is above the critical shear rate, the tensile effect is significant. The oil displacement efficiency of viscoelastic surfactants is studied by core flooding experiments. The results show that viscoelastic surfactants have the same displacement efficiency as polymer binary flooding. It has good application potential in low permeability reservoir. The study of viscoelastic surfactants in this paper enriches the theory of improving oil recovery in middle and low permeability reservoirs and provides technical support for the development of reservoirs with high water cut.
