适用于输气管道运行方案优化的压缩机功率拟合函数

【摘要】:完成一次大型天然气管网运行方案优化预计需要数十小时的计算机运算时间,其中绝大部分时间用于压缩机组功率计算,基于此,提出利用拟合函数简化压缩机的功率计算,但该方法未考虑压缩机进口温度对功率的影响。为提高拟合精度,引入压缩机进口温度对拟合函数加以改进,并以国内某输气管道系统配置的3种型号压缩机为例检验其效果。结果表明:改进前的最大偏差在10%以上,而改进后的最大偏差低于5%,平均偏差低于1%。将改进的拟合函数应用于某虚拟管道的工艺运行方案优化过程,其结果与常规方法计算结果的绝对偏差低于0.67 MW,相对偏差低于1.1%,且拟合函数法比常规方法节省了大量计算时间。
[Abstract]:It takes tens of hours of computer operation time to complete the optimization of a large natural gas pipeline network, and most of the time is used to calculate the power of compressor unit. Based on this, it is proposed to simplify the power calculation of compressor by using fitting function. However, the influence of compressor inlet temperature on power is not considered in this method. In order to improve the fitting accuracy, the compressor inlet temperature is introduced to improve the fitting function. The results show that the maximum deviation before improvement is more than 10%, taking three types of compressors installed in a domestic gas pipeline system as an example. The improved maximum deviation is less than 5 and the average deviation is less than 1.The improved fitting function is applied to the optimization process of the process operation plan of a virtual pipeline. The absolute deviation and relative deviation of the results are less than 0.67 MW and 1.1 respectively, and the calculation time of the fitting function method is much less than that of the conventional method.
