超大型自升式钻井平台升降装置的设计与研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济的飞速发展,海洋开发己经成为世界技术革新的重要内容,而海洋油气田的开发又是现今海洋资源开发利用中尤为重要的一部分,其主要装备就是自升式海洋钻井平台。现今,国内使用的钻井平台中的升降装置基本都由国外制造,国内对其升降装置的分析相对较少。所以,探讨和研究这一方面的内容对提升我国海洋平台设计建造水平意义深远。本文以齿轮齿条自升式海洋钻井平台升降装置为研究对象,围绕其大传动比减速器和齿轮齿条爬升装置主要做了以下几方面的研究工作:(1)对复合行星齿轮减速器做了优化设计,以优化结果为基础研制了符合要求的大传动比L型减速器;并利用机械动力学分析软件ADAMS对设计方案进行了动力学的分析,由此验证设计的合理性,同时得到减速器的稳定性会随着载荷的变大而变差的结论;(2)对齿轮齿条自升式海洋钻井平台的爬升装置工作原理进行了研究分析,阐明了低速重载齿轮齿条爬升装置的总体设计;并基于有限元法对齿轮齿条进行了静态和动态的接触分析,得到了应力较大部位均出现在啮合接触面上和齿根部位的结论;随后在此基础上对其参数又做了一定的优化设计,以提高齿轮齿条的强度;(3)在前文优化设计的基础上,完成了升降装置等比例物理样机的制造,并按ABS船级社要求对其进行了原型试验。检验了升降装置在空载和超载状态下的承重能力,并在试验结束后将整机拆开,对各部分进行了无损检测。检测数据证明该升降装置设计合理,实现预定目标,符合ABS船级社要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, ocean development has become an important part of the technological innovation in the world, and the development of offshore oil and gas fields is a particularly important part in the development and utilization of marine resources. The main equipment is the jack-up offshore drilling platform. Nowadays, most of the lifting devices used in the domestic drilling platforms are manufactured abroad, and the domestic analysis of the lifting devices is relatively few. It is of great significance to explore and study this aspect to improve the level of design and construction of offshore platforms in China. This paper takes the hoisting gear rack self-elevating offshore drilling platform as the research object. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the optimization design of composite planetary gear reducer is done, and the L type reducer with large transmission ratio is developed on the basis of the optimization results. The dynamic analysis of the design scheme is carried out by using the mechanical dynamics analysis software ADAMS, which verifies the rationality of the design. At the same time, the conclusion that the stability of the reducer will become worse with the increase of the load is obtained. The working principle of the climbing device of the gear rack jack-up offshore drilling platform is studied and analyzed. The general design of gear rack climbing device with low speed and heavy load is expounded, and the static and dynamic contact analysis of gear rack based on finite element method is carried out, and the conclusion that the large stress parts appear on the meshing contact surface and the tooth root part is obtained. On the basis of the above, the parameters are optimized to improve the strength of the gear rack. On the basis of the previous optimization design, the manufacture of the lifting device and other proportional physical prototypes is completed. The prototype test was carried out according to the requirements of the ABS Classification Society. The load-bearing capacity of the lifting device under the condition of no-load and overload was tested, and the whole machine was disassembled after the test. The nondestructive testing is carried out for each part. The test data prove that the lifting device is reasonable in design, achieves the predetermined target, and meets the requirements of ABS classification society.
