扶余西5-16区块储层特征研究及聚合物驱效果评价

【摘要】:扶余油田已进入高含水开发后期,这一时期剩余油分布极其复杂,呈高度的分散状态,依靠调剖、堵水、细分层注水以及细分层压裂等措施不能从根本上改善层内、层间矛盾,而聚合物驱通过扩大波及体积,降低水油流度比以及粘弹性拖拉作用大幅度提高区块采收率。通过对扶余油田西5-16区块单砂体特征的研究以及储层的非均质性研究,找出形成窜流通道的主要因素,形成通过监测资料和动态分析方法识别窜流通道的技术。借鉴大庆聚合物驱经验,结合扶余油田实际,不断优化聚合物驱方案设计,2010年至2011年完成水驱空白试验、深度调剖封窜,聚合物驱的前置段塞注入等各项工作。2011年9月开始主段塞注入,扶余油田聚驱后平面、层间及层内矛盾有所改善,但是地层能量恢复缓慢;扶余油层优势通道发育,控制难度大,虽然聚驱封堵了强优势通道,但驱替作用不强。通过对扶余油田聚合物驱效果主控因素的研究,指导扶余油田选择适合聚合物驱的区块及各项注入参数的优化,区块需要选取合适的分子量,并且保持较高的地层能量才能有效提高聚驱效果。
[Abstract]:Fuyu Oilfield has entered the late stage of high water cut development. In this period, the distribution of remaining oil is extremely complex and highly dispersed. Measures such as profile control, water shutoff, subdivision water injection and fracturing cannot fundamentally improve the contradiction between layers. Polymer flooding can greatly improve oil recovery by enlarging sweep volume, reducing water / oil mobility ratio and viscoelastic drag. Through the study of single sand body characteristics and reservoir heterogeneity in West 5-16 Block of Fuyu Oilfield, The main factors of formation of channeling channel are found out, and the technology of identifying channeling channel through monitoring data and dynamic analysis method is formed. The experience of Daqing polymer flooding is used for reference, and combined with the reality of Fuyu Oilfield, Continuous optimization of polymer flooding scheme design, completion of water drive blank test from 2010 to 2011, depth profile control and channeling control, pre-slug injection of polymer flooding, etc. Since September 2011, the main slug injection and the plane after polymer flooding in Fuyu Oilfield have been completed. Inter-layer and intra-layer contradictions have been improved, but the recovery of formation energy has been slow; the dominant channels of Fuyu reservoir have developed and it is difficult to control, although polymer flooding has blocked strong dominant channels, But the displacement effect is not strong. By studying the main controlling factors of polymer flooding effect in Fuyu Oilfield, we can guide Fuyu Oilfield to select suitable blocks for polymer flooding and optimize the injection parameters. And maintaining high formation energy can improve the effect of polymer flooding effectively.
