姬塬油田结垢对储层损害影响及解堵实验研究

【摘要】:本文通过对姬塬油田储层岩心的孔渗测试及压汞分析认为,该油田储层孔隙度小、渗透率低、孔隙喉道类型主要为小孔隙、微喉道,属于典型的低渗油田。姬塬油田注入水中S042-离子含量高,地层水中Ba2+、Sr2+离子含量高,在注水过程中储层极易产生硫酸钡。在注水开发过程中一旦产生硫酸钡、硫酸锶垢,将对储层的渗流能力产生严重的影响。因此,研究硫酸钡垢的溶垢机理及溶垢效果,对油田增产、稳产具有十分重要的意义。 本文以姬塬油田长8油藏水分析资料为基础,通过结垢理论预测研究和实验研究,分析不同混合比下的结垢类型及其结垢量的变化趋势。并通过X-衍射分析及酸溶实验分析可知,本区块垢型主要为硫酸盐垢。 采用红外光谱分析仪及核磁共振仪对溶垢剂YHJD-1的溶垢机理进行了测试分析,分析认为溶垢剂YHJD-1的溶垢机理是其中的氨羧基团与金属离子络合生成螯合物,促进垢的溶解,从而达到溶垢的目的。本文通过新的测定螯合型溶垢剂溶垢率的方法研究了溶垢剂浓度、溶垢时间、温度和pH值对硫酸钡溶垢效果的影响。分析可知,当溶垢剂YHJD-1浓度为9%,反应时间为24h时溶垢率达到82.41%;随着溶垢时间的增加、溶垢温度的升高以及pH值的升高,溶垢剂的溶垢率逐渐增大,通过该方法测得的溶垢率更加准确。 文中通过岩心流动实验研究了不同注入混合比、溶垢剂类型、溶垢剂浓度及溶垢剂用量对岩心解堵效果的影响。分析可知,各因素对解堵效果均有一定的影响,解堵后岩心渗透率得到了不同程度的提高,为姬塬油田解堵方案的制定提供了可靠的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the pore permeability test and mercury injection analysis of the reservoir core in Jiyuan Oilfield, this paper concludes that the reservoir porosity is small, the permeability is low, and the pore throat type is mainly small pore and microthroat. It is a typical low permeability oil field. The injected water of Jiyuan oilfield has high S042-ion content and the formation water has high Ba2 Sr2 ion content. The reservoir is prone to produce barium sulfate in the process of water injection. Once barium sulfate is produced in the process of waterflooding, the strontium sulfate scale is produced. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the scale dissolution mechanism and scale dissolution effect of barium sulfate scale for increasing oil production and stabilizing production. Based on the water analysis data of Chang 8 reservoir in Jiyuan Oilfield, this paper is based on the theoretical prediction and experimental study of scaling. The scaling types and the changing trend of scaling amount under different mixing ratios are analyzed. The results of X- diffraction and acid dissolution experiments show that the scale type of the block is mainly sulfate scale. The scale dissolution mechanism of scale dissolving agent YHJD-1 was tested and analyzed by infrared spectrum analyzer and nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer. It was concluded that the scale dissolution mechanism of scale dissolving agent YHJD-1 was that the ammonia carboxyl group complexed with metal ions to form chelates, which promoted the dissolution of scale. In this paper, the effects of concentration, time, temperature and pH value on the scale dissolution effect of barium sulfate were studied by a new method to determine the scale dissolution rate of chelating scale solubilizer. When the concentration of YHJD-1 was 9 and the reaction time was 24 hours, the scale dissolution rate reached 82.41. With the increase of scale dissolution time, the scale dissolution temperature and pH value increased, the scale dissolution rate of scale solubilizer gradually increased, and the scale dissolution rate measured by this method was more accurate. In this paper, the effects of different injection mixing ratio, scale solubilizing agent type, scale solubilizing agent concentration and scale dissolution agent dosage on the plugging removal effect of core are studied by core flow experiment. The analysis shows that each factor has certain influence on the plugging removal effect. The core permeability has been improved in varying degrees after plugging removal, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the formulation of plugging removal scheme in Jiyuan Oilfield.
