硫磺回收装置的腐蚀原因及防护措施研究

【摘要】:随着我国炼化企业对原油加工深度和产品质量要求的不断提高与对环保要求的日趋严格,则对污水与废气的排放要求越来越严格。一般炼油厂的采用硫磺回收装置回收炼油过程中产生的废气与废水中的H2S来制备硫磺。而由于硫磺回收装置的介质较复杂,并且在高温条件下反应,故硫磺回收装置有些部位易腐蚀。硫磺回收装置腐蚀较严重的部位主要有酸性水罐、胺液再生装置、硫冷凝器、液硫储罐等。该论文主要针对大庆石化炼油厂的易腐蚀的酸性水罐、胺液再生装置、硫冷凝器、液硫储罐这四个关键单元进行腐蚀机理研究与防腐机理研究。本论文采用模拟这四个关键单元腐蚀严重部位的腐蚀环境,利用失重法、极化曲线、阻抗谱进行装置的耐蚀性测试,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)观察其表面腐蚀形貌,能谱仪(EDS)分析腐蚀产物的化学元素,XRD分析腐蚀产物的物相组成,最后得出该装置的腐蚀机理与防腐机理。1.酸性水罐的主要材质是碳钢Q235B,测试介质:大庆石化炼油厂的酸性水溶液,测试温度:25℃;2.胺液再生装置中,胺液再生塔的主要材质为Q245R,测试介质:R-NH2—H2—CO2—H2O腐蚀体系,测试温度:25℃;富液管道的主要材质是20#,测试介质:模拟的热稳定盐体系,测试温度:25℃;3.硫冷凝器的主要材质是10#,测试介质:45%的硫酸,测试温度:60℃;4.液硫储罐的主要材质是碳钢Q235B,测试介质:饱和H2S溶液,测试温度:70℃。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of crude oil processing depth and product quality requirements in refining and chemical enterprises in China, and the increasingly stringent requirements for environmental protection, In general, sulfur recovery units are used to recover H2S from oil refining process to produce sulfur. However, the medium of sulfur recovery unit is more complex. And under the condition of high temperature, some parts of the sulfur recovery unit are easy to corrode. The most serious corrosion parts of the sulfur recovery unit are acid water tank, amine liquid regeneration unit, sulfur condenser, and so on. This paper is mainly aimed at acid water tank, amine regeneration unit, sulfur condenser and so on, which are easily corroded in Daqing Petrochemical Refinery. The corrosion mechanism and anticorrosion mechanism of the four key units of liquid sulfur storage tank were studied. In this paper, the corrosion environment of the four key units was simulated, and the polarization curve was obtained by using weightlessness method. The corrosion resistance of the device was tested by impedance spectroscopy, and the surface corrosion morphology was observed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM). The chemical elements of the corrosion products were analyzed by EDS, and the phase composition of the corrosion products was analyzed by XRD. Finally, the corrosion mechanism and anticorrosion mechanism of the unit are obtained. 1.
