水驱低注水治理对策研究

【摘要】:A油田水驱开发在历经一、二、三次加密调整后,一、二类油层陆续转为三次采油开发后,水驱开采对象主要为三类油层,油层层数多,渗透率水平低,层间矛盾突出。尤其受含聚污水回注影响,水驱吸水能力变差井比例逐年增加。尽管加大水质治理及注水井措施改造的力度,但由于油层物性差,现有回注污水水质与油层适应状况差等因素影响,注水井吸水状况差的矛盾仍然比较突出。为此,本文通过应用现场实际水样进行室内试验,研究了水质对油层渗流能力的影响,结合现场实际应用效果,明确了低注井治理对策。研究结果表明,注入水质越差,渗透率降幅越大,污染程度增加;依据渗流能力规律性变化,按照视吸水指数降幅将油层污染程度划分为轻度、中度、重度三个级别;轻度污染实施洗井,中度污染适合酸化解堵,重度污染需实施压裂改造。
[Abstract]:After the first, second and third infill adjustment of water drive development in A Oilfield, the first and second class oil reservoirs have been converted to three oil recovery ones one after another. The main targets of water drive production are three types of oil layers, with more layers and lower permeability levels. The contradiction between layers is prominent. The proportion of wells with poor water absorption capacity increases year by year, especially due to the influence of water reinjection with polymerized sewage. Although water quality control and water injection well reconstruction are strengthened, but due to the poor physical properties of the reservoir, Due to the influence of factors such as poor water quality and reservoir adaptability, the contradiction of poor water absorption in water injection wells is still prominent. The influence of water quality on reservoir percolation capacity is studied. Combined with the practical application effect, the treatment countermeasures of low injection well are determined. The results show that the worse the injection water quality, the greater the permeability decrease and the pollution degree increased. According to the regular change of percolation capacity, according to the decrease of apparent water absorption index, the degree of oil layer pollution is divided into three grades: mild, moderate and severe; the well washing is carried out in light pollution, and the moderate pollution is suitable for acid plugging, while fracturing is necessary for serious pollution.
