【摘要】:吴起油田是一个低渗、特低渗的低压未饱和油气田,特低渗透油藏的油气储量在其油田中占有相当大的比重,注水开发后,对注入水的水质要求很高。由于油田尚处注水开发的初期,油井产出污水量不足,必须辅之以清水或其他水源,但由于清、污水以及不同油层地层水水性的不同,混合后极易产生腐蚀和结垢现象,给油田生产带来极为不利的影响。针对此问题,现根据吴起采油厂18号注水站清污混注现状研究,通过对吴起油田水质分析,洛河层清水与地层水配合性、清污水混合处理后水质腐蚀性、结垢性实验研究。再通过对清污混合处理后注入水与地层水配伍性及注入地层后储层敏感性实验研究,最后得出最佳洛河层水与地层水混合比例及相应的注入层位,进而对18号注水站清污混注工艺进行了优化,系统解决了清污两大不配伍水源在注入过程的腐蚀和结垢问题,实现了水质的系统达标,给吴起油田特低渗透油藏的注水开发奠定了良好的水质基础。
[Abstract]:Wuqi Oilfield is a low-pressure unsaturated oil and gas field with low permeability and very low permeability. The oil and gas reserves of ultra-low permeability reservoirs account for a large proportion of the oil and gas fields in Wuqi Oilfield. After waterflooding, The water quality of injected water is very high. Since the oil field is still in the early stage of water injection development, the amount of sewage produced by oil wells is insufficient and must be supplemented with clear water or other water sources, but due to the differences in water quality of clean water, sewage and formation water of different oil layers, It is easy to produce corrosion and scaling phenomenon after mixing, which has a very adverse effect on the production of oil fields. In view of this problem, according to the study on the current situation of sewage mixing and injection at No. 18 Water injection Station of Wuqi Oil production Plant, the water quality of Wuqi Oilfield is analyzed. The compatibility of clean water and formation water in Luohe formation, the corrosion of water quality and scaling after mixed treatment of clean water, and the compatibility of injected water with formation water after mixed treatment of sewage and formation water, and the reservoir sensitivity after injected into the formation are studied experimentally. Finally, the optimum mixing ratio of Luohe formation water and formation water and the corresponding injection layer are obtained, and then the sewage mixing and injection process of No. 18 water injection station is optimized. The problems of corrosion and scaling in the injection process of the two uncompatible water sources for cleaning pollution are systematically solved. The system of water quality is up to standard, which lays a good water quality foundation for water injection development of very low permeability reservoirs in Wuqi Oilfield.
