斜井井架伸出高空定位及锁紧设计

【摘要】:对斜井套装井架上段伸出时的高空定位、上段到位后与下段之间的锁紧等难点问题进行设计探讨和研究。斜井伸缩井架的上段从下段内伸出后,可以利用伸出自定位机构完成上段的高空定位。通过钻台面上的锁紧机构手柄将高空承载销锁住。证实了伸出自定位机构可以准确定位上段伸出高度,锁紧机构可以同时锁紧4个高空承载销。试验结果表明,伸出自定位机构定位准确、锁紧机构操作方便。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the design and study of the high altitude positioning of the upper section of the inclined shaft set Derrick, the locking between the upper section and the lower section, etc. The upper section of the extended Derrick of the inclined shaft is projected from the lower section. It is possible to use the outstretched self-positioning mechanism to complete the upper section of high altitude positioning. The upper segment can be accurately positioned by the outstretched self-positioning mechanism by the locking mechanism handle on the drill table. The locking mechanism can lock 4 high altitude bearing pins at the same time. The experimental results show that the outstretched self-positioning mechanism is accurate and the locking mechanism is easy to operate.
