无人值守天然气站场工艺技术研究

【摘要】:为适应燃气事业的发展,越来越多的燃气企业要求对站场燃气的安全运行情况、运行压力、流量及现场的环境情况等数据实施动态监测、远程遥控管理。现有的长输管道及城镇燃气站场一般均为有人值守站场。随着社会的发展,为建设节约型社会,应推广无人值守天然气站场。无人值守天然气站场相对于常规的天然气站场,具有节省建设用地,节约投资费用,节省管理成本,节省人力资源及运营费用等优势,并能实现动态监测、远程遥控,提高调度效率。本文在充分研究国内外无人值守天然气站场的基础上,结合秦沈管道、大沈管道建设经验,优化了站场工艺流程;组织重点技术攻关,同时进行新技术的研究,高效设备的优选与应用,形成了标准化的无人值守天然气站场工艺流程,并对无人值守天然气站场的工艺设备选型进行了一定的研究,提出了合理可行的无人值守天然气站场工艺系统设计。随着“气化辽宁”系统工程建设的迅速发展,辽河油田公司掀起了天然气管道建设的高潮,对管道建设项目的专业化、标准化、模块化研究已经刻不容缓。本项目为今后类似的管道项目建设提供了宝贵的经验。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development of gas industry, more and more gas enterprises require dynamic monitoring of the safe operation, operation pressure, flow rate and environmental conditions of the station gas. Remote control management. The existing long-distance pipeline and town gas station are generally manned stations. With the development of society, in order to build a conservation-oriented society, The unattended natural gas station should be popularized. Compared with the conventional natural gas station, the unattended natural gas station has the advantages of saving construction land, saving investment cost, saving management cost, saving human resources and operating expenses, etc. It can realize dynamic monitoring, remote control and improve dispatching efficiency. Based on the research of unattended natural gas station at home and abroad, combined with the experience of Qinhuangshen pipeline and DaShen pipeline construction, the process flow of station yard is optimized. Organizing key technologies to tackle key problems, at the same time carrying out research on new technologies, selecting and applying high-efficiency equipment, and forming a standardized flowsheet of unattended natural gas stations. The process equipment selection of unattended natural gas station is studied, and the reasonable and feasible process system design of unattended natural gas station is put forward. With the rapid development of "gasification Liaoning" system construction, Liaohe Oilfield Company has set off a high tide of natural gas pipeline construction, and it is urgent to study the specialization, standardization and modularization of pipeline construction projects. This project provides valuable experience for similar pipeline projects in the future.
