生物质基液PO-12的合成与性能评价

【摘要】:国内水平井用油基钻井液普遍存在切力低、流变性能差和后续钻屑处理难度大等问题,在性能和环保方面均需要完善。为满足绿色高性能钻井液的发展需求,以天然来源的植物油为原料,采用生物和化学改性的方式,合成了一种性能优异、可生物降解的生物质基液PO-12。性能测试表明,PO-12具有黏温特性优良、稳定性好、抑制性强、抗水解和无荧光的特点,其结构中不含芳香基团,无毒,绿色环保,能够满足水平井和深海钻井需求。以PO-12为连续相,初步形成一种生物质合成基钻井液,性能与油基钻井液相当,为提高水平井用钻井液的绿色环保性能提供了一种新的途径。
[Abstract]:In China, the problems of low shear force, poor rheological performance and difficulty in subsequent drilling cuttings treatment are common in domestic oil based drilling fluids for horizontal wells, which need to be improved in terms of performance and environmental protection, in order to meet the development needs of green and high performance drilling fluids. Using natural vegetable oil as raw material, a biodegradable biomass based liquid PO-12 was synthesized by biological and chemical modification. It has the characteristics of anti-hydrolysis and non-fluorescence. Its structure is non-aromatic, non-toxic, green, and can meet the requirements of horizontal wells and deep-sea drilling. With PO-12 as the continuous phase, a biomass synthetic drilling fluid is initially formed. The performance of the drilling fluid is equivalent to that of the oil based drilling fluid, which provides a new way to improve the green environmental performance of the drilling fluid used in horizontal wells.
