水平井分段注水管柱配套技术研究

【摘要】:水平井注水比常规注水井具有较高的注入速度和较低的注入压力,注水波及系数也比直井提高很多(平均10%以上),有利于大幅度提高采收率。当水平井储层中非均质性严重,存在渗透性较差的夹层或者隔层时,采用笼统注水管柱,只会提高单层段的注入强度,而整个水平段的注入强度相对较低,不能实现均衡驱替的注水效果。因此,开展了水平井分段注水管柱配套技术研究,首先对胜利油田水平井注水现状进行详细调研,分析了水平井分段注水管柱应该满足的基本条件和应该具备的功能,根据水平井井深轨迹,完成分注管柱可下入性分析,优化了两层和三层水平井分注管柱的总设计方案,通过对水平井分层注水管柱的结构优化、封隔器密封件扶正居中技术研究、管柱配套工具的设计研制,以及水平井测试工艺优化和投捞调配工艺技术研究,初步形成一套有效的水平井分层(段)注水工艺技术,并开展了分注管柱和相关配套工具的室内模拟试验,在YAA3P2井进行了现场应用。通过室内和现场试验研究表明,设计的水平井分注工艺能够满足分注2-3层的现场需求,耐压达到了30MPa,耐温120℃,现场应用效果较为明显,实现了水平井分段均衡配水,保证注水剖面均匀推进,对提高注水驱波及体积和水驱效率,提高储量动用程度和单元采收率具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Horizontal well injection has higher injection rate and lower injection pressure than conventional water injection well, and the water injection sweep coefficient is also much higher than that of straight well (the average is more than 10%, which is beneficial to increase oil recovery greatly.) when the reservoir heterogeneity of horizontal well is serious, When there is interlayer or interlayer with poor permeability, the injection intensity of single layer can only be increased by using general injection string, but the injection intensity of the whole horizontal section is relatively low, which can not realize the water injection effect of balanced displacement. The matching technology of horizontal well water injection pipe string is studied. Firstly, the present situation of horizontal well injection in Shengli Oilfield is investigated in detail, and the basic conditions and functions of horizontal well water injection pipe string are analyzed. According to the depth trajectory of horizontal well, the down-entry analysis of separate injection string is completed, and the overall design scheme of separate injection string in two and three layers horizontal wells is optimized, and the structure of separate injection string in horizontal well is optimized. A set of effective horizontal well layering (section) water injection technology has been preliminarily formed by studying the centralization technology of Packer seals, the design and development of pipe string matching tools, as well as the optimization of horizontal well testing technology and the technology of throwing and fishing adjustment. The laboratory simulation test of separate injection string and related tools is carried out, and the field application is carried out in YAA3P2 well. The results of laboratory and field tests show that the designed horizontal well injection separation process can meet the field requirements of split injection of 2-3 layers.
