抗高温聚磺钻井液体系研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着大庆油田的深入开发,油田勘探领域不断拓展,水平井及特殊工艺井数量增加,所钻井深也不断增加,深层水平井水基钻井液体系的研究需要随着油田开发不断提高抗高温能力,为日后深井的勘探开发提供必要的技术储备。聚磺钻井液体系既具有聚合物钻井液体系提高井壁稳定性、抑制地层造浆等优点,又改善了高温高压下的泥饼质量和流变性,成为深井钻速提高和井壁稳定的优良选择。聚磺钻井液体系的配方和性能可以根据井温、所钻地层的特点在室内实验基础上进行调整,具有抗温能力强、抑制性强、井壁稳定能力强、泥饼质量好、高温高压滤失量低等优点。本文通过对国内外抗高温钻井液的应用状况分析,结合大庆油田对抗高温钻井液的需求前景,根据抗高温钻井液类型选择原则和对抗高温钻井液的性能要求,研究了适用于大庆油田水平井的抗高温聚磺钻井液体系。通过对聚磺钻井液体系的研究和使用情况,在室内进行了聚磺钻井液体系的研制。通过室内实验对抗高温聚磺钻井液的各种处理剂进行了优选,并进行了配伍试验,通过大量实验,确定了抗高温聚磺钻井液的配方,并对研制的抗高温聚磺钻井液的热稳定性、抑制性、润滑性、抗污染性进行了评价,研制的抗高温聚磺钻井液能够满足180℃下对其的各项要求,不失为一种优良钻井液体系,能够在大庆油田勘探开发上应用和推广。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further development of Daqing Oilfield, the exploration field of the oilfield has been continuously expanded, the number of horizontal wells and special process wells has increased, and the drilling depth has been increasing. The research of deep horizontal well water-based drilling fluid system needs to improve the ability of resisting high temperature with the development of oil field. The polysulfonate drilling fluid system has not only the advantages of polymer drilling fluid system to improve the stability of wellbore, but also to improve the mud cake quality and rheology at high temperature and high pressure. The formula and performance of polysulfonated drilling fluid system can be adjusted according to the well temperature and the characteristics of the drilled formation on the basis of laboratory experiments. Based on the analysis of the application situation of high temperature resistant drilling fluid at home and abroad and the prospect of the demand for high temperature drilling fluid against high temperature in Daqing Oilfield, the mud cake quality is good and the filtration loss is low at high temperature and high pressure. According to the selection principle of high temperature resistant drilling fluid and the performance requirements of anti high temperature drilling fluid, the high temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid system suitable for horizontal wells in Yu Daqing oilfield is studied. The polysulfonated drilling fluid system was developed in laboratory. Through laboratory experiments, various kinds of treating agents against high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid were selected, and compatibility tests were carried out. Through a large number of experiments, the formula of high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid was determined. The thermal stability, inhibition, lubricity and pollution resistance of the developed high-temperature polysulfonated drilling fluid are evaluated.
