油气矿权信息动态管理系统研发

【摘要】:油气矿权是油气探矿权和采矿权的简称,是国家重要的油气资源。有资料显示,矿权实地核查后发现有问题的矿权数量超过核查总数的一半,给国家造成了巨大的经济损失。但是目前国内的油气矿权监管督察工作方式主要依靠人工收集矿业权的文档、图表、数据库等资料,然后运用Word、Excel、Arc GIS等多种软件进行处理加工,最终形成油气矿权监管督察的可用资料。这种方式相对滞后,工作量大且效率低,过程文档也不好管理。为了提高油气矿权监管督察的工作效率,减少业务人员的工作量,促进油气资源的信息化建设,本文在分析了油气矿权监管督察国内外研究现状的基础上,综合运用Arc Engine组件开发技术、XML技术、WPF界面渲染技术和ADO.NET数据库访问技术,构建了C/S结构的油气矿权信息动态管理系统。能够实现油气矿权资料的处理加工、信息查询、统计分析、矿权数据历史回溯等功能,能够简化督察工作流程、有效地管理过程文档。论文的主要工作内容和成果如下:(1)梳理了油气矿权监管督察的数据来源,收集并规范现有的矿权资料。将所需的数据归为两类,一类是空间数据,如省区、盆地、矿权区块等,另一类是属性数据,如油气矿业权勘查信息、开采信息、年检信息等。(2)探讨了如何实现油气矿权监管的动态性,在研究了GIS空间分析和时态GIS等相关理论的基础上,提出了一种实现油气矿权动态监管的新思路——利用数据源可配置、数据预处理实现数据的现势性以及基于空间查询或叠加分析实现油气矿权数据的历史回溯。(3)研究了油气矿权督察的工作流程,构建了督察专题数据库。将督察工作的实际流程规范化、信息化,实现油气矿权监管督察过程中文档、图形、报表等集中化管理。提高业务人员的工作效率和准确性,帮助他们更好的完成工作目标。
[Abstract]:Oil and gas mining rights are abbreviations for oil and gas exploration rights and mining rights, and they are important oil and gas resources in the country. According to some data, the number of mineral rights found to be problematic after on-site inspection of mining rights exceeds half of the total number of mineral rights verified. It has caused huge economic losses to the country. But at present, the supervision and supervision of oil, gas and mineral rights in China mainly rely on manual collection of documents, charts, databases and other information about mining rights, and then use various software, such as word Excel Arc GIS, to process them. In order to improve the efficiency of supervision and supervision of oil, gas and mineral rights, and reduce the workload of professional personnel, this method is relatively lagging behind, with heavy workload and low efficiency, and the process documents are not easy to manage. On the basis of analyzing the present research situation of oil and gas mining rights supervision and supervision inspector at home and abroad, this paper synthetically applies Arc Engine component development technology, Arc interface rendering technology and ADO.NET database access technology, to promote the information construction of oil and gas resources. A C / S structure dynamic management system for hydrocarbon and mineral rights information is constructed, which can realize the functions of processing, information query, statistical analysis, historical tracing of mineral rights data, etc., and can simplify the work flow of inspectors. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1) combing the data sources of supervision inspectors of oil and gas mining rights, collecting and standardizing the existing mining rights data, classifying the required data into two categories, one is spatial data, the other is spatial data. Such as province, basin, mining right block and so on, the other kind is attribute data, such as oil and gas mining right exploration information, mining information, annual inspection information, etc.) it discusses how to realize the dynamic nature of oil and gas mining right supervision. Based on the study of GIS spatial analysis and temporal GIS theory, a new idea to realize the dynamic supervision of oil, gas and mineral rights is put forward, which is configurable by using data sources. Data preprocessing realizes the status of data and the historical backtracking of realizing oil and gas mining rights data based on spatial query or superposition analysis.) the work flow of oil and gas mining right inspector is studied. This paper constructs a special database of inspectors, standardizes the actual flow of supervision, realizes centralized management of documents, graphics and reports in the process of supervising and supervising oil, gas and mineral rights, and improves the working efficiency and accuracy of professional personnel. Help them achieve their goals better.
