置障条件下半密闭空间油气爆炸特性实验与数值模拟

【摘要】:针对置障条件下容积式半密闭空间内油气着火爆炸特性进行了研究,通过高速摄影等技术手段对爆炸过程中火焰形态,爆炸超压特性进行了实验,并对实验进行了大涡模拟,精确模拟了火焰与障碍物相互作用时的火焰形态,流场结构,超压特性,与实验进行了对比分析。结果表明:障碍物的存在会使火焰结构发生变化,出现半球形圆锥形毛刷形的转变,并在障碍物下游由于未燃气体的卷吸产生火焰旋涡;爆炸超压峰值的产生是燃烧速度与泄压速度相互耦合作用的结果,在油气爆炸过程中,障碍物的存在会导致燃烧速度以及泄压速度的变化,进而对超压峰值产生一定的影响。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the characteristics of oil and gas ignition and explosion in the volumetric semi-closed space under the condition of barrier setting are studied. The flame morphology and explosion overpressure characteristics in the explosion process are tested by means of high-speed photography, and the experimental results are simulated by large eddy. The flame shape, flow field structure, overpressure characteristics of the flame interacting with an obstacle are accurately simulated and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the flame structure changes with the existence of the barrier. The change of the hemispherical conical brush shape occurs, and the flame vortex is produced in the downstream of the obstacle due to the entrainment of the gas body, and the peak value of the explosion overpressure is the result of the interaction between the combustion velocity and the pressure relief velocity, and in the process of oil and gas explosion, The existence of obstacles will lead to the change of combustion speed and pressure relief velocity, which will have a certain effect on the peak value of overpressure.
