土体加筋技术在站场高填方边坡工程中的应用

【摘要】:在管道工程建设过程中,由于站场选址受限,出现了许多高填方边坡工程,站场施工前必须先对填方边坡进行处理,使其满足稳定性要求后再进行后续站场施工。云南成品油安宁首站场区处于填方工程中,最大填方高度30 m,填方区布设油罐和管道,处理要求高,通过对比坡率方案、抗滑桩方案及土工布加筋方案的优缺点,最终确定采用土工布加筋方案进行边坡处理。介绍了该填方边坡的设计思路、计算过程及施工要求,通过现场实际应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,可为后续类似工程的建设提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the process of pipeline construction, because the station is limited, there are many high fill slope station, must fill slope processing field before construction, to meet the stability requirements after subsequent field construction. Yunnan Oil Station District in the first peace filled square project, the maximum height of the embankment is 30 m, filling tank and pipeline layout, processing requirements, scheme by comparing the ratio of slope, the advantages and disadvantages of the anti slide pile scheme and geotextile reinforcement scheme, and ultimately determine the use of geotextile reinforcement scheme of slope treatment. This paper introduces the design ideas of the embankment slope, the calculation process and construction requirements, through the actual application and achieved good economic and social benefits, can provide a useful reference for the future construction of similar projects.
