燕山石化常减压装置减压深拔技术改造研究

【摘要】:本文对国内外常减压蒸馏装置的技术进展进行了较为详细的综述,以此为基础,重点针对燕山石化常减压装置开展减压深拔技术改造研究,模拟计算了常减压装置进行减压深拔技术改造的可能性,得到了技术改造后的工业生产最适宜条件;在此基础上,开展了常减压装置减压深拔技术改造,实验评估了常减压装置采用减压深拔技术后的实施效果。研究结果表明,燕山常减压蒸馏装置经过减压深拔改造后,减压渣油收率下降明显,拔出程度较深,减压渣油500℃的馏出率达到2.4%,520℃的馏出率也达到3.4%,减压蜡油收率增加。混合蜡油的硫含量、密度、终馏点均有较大提高,减压渣油的残炭、密度和硫含量均有大幅提升,表明蜡油、渣油的质量明显变差。深拔后,能耗略有增加。高压加氢、催化裂化及延迟焦化等二次装置原料性质未发生较大的变化,能够满足生产要求。经过计算,切割点温度570℃,技术改造达到了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technical progress of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units at home and abroad is reviewed in detail, and based on this, the retrofit of vacuum deep drawing technology for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units in Yanshan Petrochemical Company is emphatically studied. The possibility of technical transformation of vacuum deep drawing in atmospheric and vacuum unit is simulated and calculated, and the most suitable conditions for industrial production after technical transformation are obtained, and on the basis of this, the technical reform of deep drawing of atmospheric and vacuum unit is carried out. The effect of vacuum deep drawing on atmospheric and vacuum unit was evaluated. The results showed that the vacuum residue yield of Yanshan atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was decreased obviously and the degree of vacuum residue extraction was deep after the deep vacuum drawing revamping of Yanshan atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
