柴油加氢过程模拟研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,环境污染问题日趋凸显,近年来对燃料油的环保要求越来越严格。国Ⅳ汽油和柴油标准已分别于2014年1月1日和2015年1月1日实施;国V汽油和柴油标准计划于2017年1月1日在全国范围内实施;而更严格的国Ⅵ汽柴油标准也拟定于2019年实施。为确保柴油产品指标达到国家标准,油品加氢是目前最常用和最重要的手段。我国南北跨度大,气候差异明显,在冬季北方地区平均气温达到零下二十五度以下,而南方大部分地区平均气温则在零度以上。因此对于北方地区炼厂,要兼顾生产低凝柴油和普通柴油以满足全国各地区的使用需求。本文以北方地区某炼厂为例,重点研究我国北方地区柴油加氢装置的设计和优化,主要工作如下:1、针对北方地区柴油市场在冬夏季的不同需求以及建设单位的具体要求,合理确定加氢技术。2、根据装置特点,对比分析并确定冬夏季低凝柴油生产方案,选定反应部分和分馏部分设计方案,选定装置进料方案。3、优化工艺流程和设计参数,降低装置能耗,节约运行成本和设备投资。经过优化后的装置工艺先进,产品质量及装置能耗均处于全国先进水平,对于同类柴油加氢装置,包括寒冷地区柴油加氢装置的设计具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, the environmental protection requirements of fuel oil have become more and more strict. The national gasoline and diesel oil standards have been implemented in January 1st 2014 and January 1st 2015 respectively. The national V gasoline and diesel standard is planned to be implemented nationwide in January 1st 2017, while the more stringent national VI gasoline and diesel standard is also scheduled to be implemented in 2019. In order to ensure that the diesel oil product targets meet the national standards, The hydrogenation of oil products is the most commonly used and most important means at present. China has a large span between the north and the south, and there is a significant difference in climate. In winter, the average temperature in the northern region reaches below minus 25 degrees. However, the average temperature in most parts of the south is above zero. Therefore, for refineries in the north, it is necessary to produce both low coagulant diesel oil and ordinary diesel oil to meet the needs of various regions of the country. In this paper, a refinery in the north region is taken as an example. This paper focuses on the design and optimization of diesel hydrogenation units in northern China. The main work is as follows: 1. According to the different demand of diesel oil market in northern China in winter and summer and the specific requirements of construction units, the hydrogenation technology .2should be reasonably determined according to the characteristics of the unit. The production plan of low condensable diesel oil in winter and summer, the design scheme of reaction part and fractionation part, the feed scheme of unit. 3, the optimization of process flow and design parameters, and the reduction of energy consumption of the unit are analyzed and determined. After optimization, the process of the unit is advanced, the product quality and the unit energy consumption are in the national advanced level, for the similar diesel hydrogenation unit, The design of diesel hydrogenation unit in cold area has some guidance and reference significance.
