高铁铝土矿制备高强度石油压裂支撑剂的研究

【摘要】:石油压裂支撑剂是具有一定强度的用于支撑水力裂缝的固体颗粒物质,其支撑岩层使裂缝始终保持张开状态的同时也有利于石油由地层流出,对其强度、球度等有一定要求。实验以云南某地高铁铝土矿及其浮选除铁后得到的选后矿为主要原料,按不同方案配料后于糖衣机中制成球粒,在不同温度下烧结,制备出铝矾土质石油压裂支撑剂,通过考察产品的体密度、破碎率、物相组成和微观形貌等分析各辅料及烧结温度对铝土矿结晶的影响。结果表明:(1)在糖衣机中造粒时,适宜的水分含量应控制为总量的12%,圆盘转速为40r/min,选用粒度达到-0.038mm占97%的原料,膨润土的添加量为3%。(2)以选后铝土矿为主料,可采用干燥1.5h、以6.3℃/min的速率升温、在1420℃的目标温度下保温2h的烧结方案。(3)随着原料中铁含量的增加,支撑剂样品中刚玉相逐渐减少,玻璃相也逐渐增加,刚玉相的支撑骨架作用减弱,其强度降低,烧结温度也逐渐降低。随着助熔剂含量的增加,生成的低温共熔物增多,高温液相在填充开气孔的同时也对其周边的晶体有溶解、侵蚀作用,使得支撑剂的强度出现下降。随着二氧化硅含量的增加,制品中生成的莫来石增多,莫来石含量不多时其纤维状结构可以起到径向晶须作用提高产品的韧性,在含量较多时会使制品的强度显著下降。随着ρ-Al2O3含量的增加,制品的刚玉相逐渐增多,较多的刚玉相使其骨架作用明显提高,样品强度大体密度大。
[Abstract]:Petroleum fracturing proppant is a solid particle material with certain strength used to support hydraulic fracture. Its supporting rock layer keeps the fracture open all the time, and at the same time, it is also favorable to the oil flowing out from the formation to its strength. In this experiment, the high iron bauxite in Yunnan province and the ore obtained by flotation and removal of iron were used as the main raw materials, and the spherical particles were prepared in the sugar-coating machine according to different ingredients, and sintered at different temperatures. Bauxite petroleum fracturing proppant was prepared. The effects of various auxiliary materials and sintering temperature on the crystallization of bauxite were analyzed by investigating the bulk density, breakage rate, phase composition and microstructure of the bauxite. The results showed that the bauxite was granulated in a sugar-coating machine. The suitable water content should be controlled to 12% of the total amount, the disc speed is 40 r / min, the raw material with particle size of -0.038 mm / 97% and the addition quantity of bentonite is 30.32%) the bauxite is used as the main material, which can be dried for 1.5 h and heated at 6.3 鈩,
