驱油型冲洗液的研究

【摘要】:油基钻井液因具有页岩抑制性高、润滑性好、抗高温及抗污染能力强、储层保护性能好等优点,在深井、超深井等复杂井中被广泛应用。然而,油基钻井液清洗困难,与水泥浆相容性差,严重影响了固井质量。因此,需在油基钻井液与水泥浆之间泵入一段冲洗液。冲洗液是一种有着稀释、缓冲、冲洗、隔离等关键作用的液体,它可以防止水泥浆的絮凝、降低钻井液对油气层的污染。本文介绍了冲洗液及其外加剂的作用机理,分析了冲洗液的国内外现状。通过理论与实验(浊点、界面张力测定、试管振荡、显微镜观察、接触角测定)相结合的方法对外加剂进行了初步筛选。将筛选出的外加剂进行混合得到不同配方的冲洗液,随后对冲洗液进行性能评价。利用六速旋转粘度计来评价不同的冲洗液体系针对不同油基钻井液的冲洗效率,选出冲洗效率较高的进行抗高温性能实验;利用静态养护及动态模拟方法对优选出的冲洗液配方进行抗高温性能研究;通过相容性、界面胶结强度、抗盐性等进一步确定冲洗液配方;随后对优选出的配方进行浓缩。研究结果表明:TGD-80冲洗液对混油基、柴油基钻井液在常温下具有良好的冲洗效果;KY-65在120℃C下对长宁油基钻井液的冲洗效率为85.43%;BH-OFS冲洗液能完全破坏油基钻井液的结构,其在常温至180℃C范围内对长宁油基钻井液的冲洗效率达到97%以上;BH-OFS冲洗液与水泥浆、钻井液相容性良好,在一定程度上提高了固井二界面胶结强度,且可用含盐量为6.5%的盐水配制;现场固井两口,固井质量合格。
[Abstract]:Oil based drilling fluid is widely used in complex wells such as deep wells and ultra-deep wells because of its advantages of high shale inhibition, good lubricity, strong resistance to high temperature and pollution, and good reservoir protection. However, it is difficult to clean oil based drilling fluid. The poor compatibility with cement slurry seriously affects the cementing quality. Therefore, it is necessary to pump a section of flushing fluid between oil-based drilling fluid and cement slurry. The flushing fluid is a kind of liquid with the key functions of dilution, buffer, washing and isolation, etc. It can prevent the flocculation of cement slurry and reduce the pollution of drilling fluid to oil and gas reservoir. This paper introduces the mechanism of flushing fluid and its admixture, analyzes the present situation of flushing fluid at home and abroad. Combined with tube oscillation, microscope observation and contact angle measurement, the admixture was preliminarily screened. Different formulations of flushing solution were obtained by mixing the selected admixture. Then the performance of the flushing fluid was evaluated. Six speed rotary viscometer was used to evaluate the washing efficiency of different oil based drilling fluids. Static curing and dynamic simulation were used to study the high temperature resistance of the selected flushing solution formula, and the formula was further determined by compatibility, interfacial bonding strength, salt resistance and so on. The optimized formula was then condensed. The results showed that the 1: TGD-80 flushing solution was on the base of the mixed oil.
