城市固体垃圾气化制合成天然气模拟研究

【摘要】:以城市固体垃圾为原料,O_2、水蒸气为气化介质,运用Aspen Plus模拟软件对垃圾气化制合成天然气过程进行模拟,考察O_2当量比(ER)、蒸汽进料与干燥垃圾质量比(m(S)/m(MSW))、甲烷化温度和甲烷化压力对合成天然气CH_4摩尔分数、低位发热量和能量转换率的影响。结果表明,降低ER、m(S)/m(MSW)和甲烷化温度及增加压力,有利于提高合成天然气CH_4摩尔分数、低位发热量和能量转换率。当ER为0.35、m(S)/m(MSW)为0.5、甲烷化温度和压力分别为250℃和0.5 MPa时,所得合成天然气满足GB 17820-2012《天然气》规定的二类天然气质量要求。
[Abstract]:Using solid waste as raw material and steam as gasification medium, the process of gasification of municipal solid waste to synthetic natural gas was simulated by Aspen Plus software. The effects of O _ 2 equivalent ratio, steam feed / dry waste mass ratio, methanation temperature and methanation pressure on CH_4 mole fraction, low calorific value and energy conversion rate of synthetic natural gas were investigated. Lowering the temperature and increasing the pressure of methanation is beneficial to increase the CH_4 mole fraction, low calorific value and energy conversion rate of synthetic natural gas.
