欢喜岭油田稠油区块井控工艺技术研究

【摘要】:随着吞吐进入高周期,欢喜岭油田稠油油藏地层原有矛盾进一步加大,具体表现为:油井近井地带亏空严重,汽窜通道加大和层间吸汽差异扩大等。这些吞吐(或汽驱)井修井作业时,作业井往往受到其它注气井的影响,发生汽窜,使作业井不能正常施工作业。从现场有代表性的五口井分别取样,对齐40块的整个产出液,包括油、水、气,特别是H2S进行一个初步分析了解。齐40块莲花油层原油饱和烃含量为29.8%~30.3%;芳烃含量为31.7%~38.9%;非烃含量为16.2%~20.2%;沥青质含量为15.1%~18.7%。其中胶质和沥青质总含量平均值达到了36.1%,表明原油中大分子量的氧、氮、硫等杂原子含量高。对齐40块5口汽驱受效油井进行套管气取样,并进行组份分析,特别是硫化氢含量分析,天然气(烷烃和烯烃)的平均含量为54%,CO2平均含量是40.2%。H2S的平均含量是0.2535%,最高达到了6100ppm,所以说H2S的含量是很高的。CO2的高含量也印证了地层水的碳酸氢钠型水型。蒸汽驱耐高温防喷器密封件可耐温250℃,耐压35MPa,远程液压控制,可实现全封、半封,可剪断隔热管。经现场试验,耐高温防喷器在防喷器管汇压力达到21MPa时,成功剪断φ89mm油管时间为3-5s,剪断φ114mm隔热管的时间为5-7s。为防止作业时临井对作业井的汽窜干扰,提高作业效率,降低作业成本,研制开发了热固型高温防窜剂,该防窜剂以热固性树脂做为成胶骨架与无机物复合,作业前挤入油层,在地层温度下反应形成凝胶体后,减小了汽窜通道或高渗透带的渗透率和孔隙度,消除临井对作业井的井间干扰、提高作业效率的目的。这种防窜剂具有成胶时间可调、耐高温、封堵强度高、作业完毕后能够自动降解等特点。

During workover operation of these wells, steam channeling is often affected by other gas injection wells, and steam channeling occurs. Taking samples from five representative wells in the field and aligning the entire production fluid of 40 blocks, including oil, water, and gas, In particular, a preliminary analysis of H2S was carried out. The saturated hydrocarbon content of Lianhua oil in Block Qi 40 is 29.80.30.3; the aromatics content is 31.78.9; the non-hydrocarbon content is 16.220.2; the asphaltene content is 15.1g / 18.7.The total average of glial and asphaltene content has reached 36.1, indicating that the total content of colloid and asphaltene has reached 36.1. High molecular weight oxygen in crude oil, Nitrogen, sulfur and other miscellaneous atoms are high. The casing gas is sampled from 5 steam drive wells in Block 40, and component analysis, especially hydrogen sulfide content, is carried out. The average content of natural gas (alkanes and olefins) is 54. The average content of CO2 is 40.22.H2S is 0.25355.The highest content is 6100ppm.Therefore, the high content of H2S is very high, and the high content of CO2 also confirms the formation water type of sodium bicarbonate steam.
