海洋钻机离线接单根装置结构设计

【摘要】:由于油气资源的消耗逐日递增,且常规油气田的发现在逐渐减少以及传统油气产区的开采难度加大,从海洋中开发新的油气资源成为一项非常重要的部署。因此提高海洋钻井设备配置,提高钻井效率尤为重要。目前大多数海洋钻井平台配备顶驱系统,实现立根钻井从而减少接卸钻杆时间以提高钻井效率。但是由于井架内部狭窄空间的限制,很难配备相应的钻杆排放装置和单根接立根装置。因此探索一种能够增加平台钻井空间的方案、设计适应于已安装顶驱的钻井平台接立根装置是相当重要的。本文在调研海洋平台结构、钻修机及离线接单根作业现状的基础上,结合海洋钻修机井架类型,设计出了一种可用于K型井架的离线接单根装置,同时根据钻台结构和装置分布,提出通过外接外挂平台来增加钻台面面积的方法。在完成外挂平台安装可行性分析的基础上,完成了外挂平台及离线接单根装置安装位置选取、功能分析以及方案选型等工作,设计了离线单根接立根工艺流程,并完成了外挂平台、管柱移运装置结构设计以及二层台等设备的改造。对外挂平台、管柱移运装置以及改造后二层台利用有限元分析其静态特性和管柱移运装置的固有频率,同时分析移运横梁和移运小车在管柱移运装置上行驶时,管柱移运装置的静态特性变化规律。防止因结构不合理、材料强度不足以及共振现象导致装置损坏。建立原井架梁单元模型和安装管柱移运装置后井架整体梁单元模型,得到井架及管柱移运装置在相应载荷下的变形和应力分布云图,提取相应节点数据,分析管柱移运装置的安装对井架的影响。
[Abstract]:As the consumption of oil and gas resources increases day by day, the discovery of conventional oil and gas fields is gradually decreasing and the exploitation of traditional oil and gas producing areas is becoming more difficult. Developing new oil and gas resources from the ocean has become a very important deployment. Therefore, it is very important to improve the configuration of offshore drilling equipment and improve drilling efficiency. At present, most offshore drilling platforms are equipped with top drive systems. To achieve vertical root drilling, thus reducing the time to connect and unload the drill pipe to improve drilling efficiency. However, due to the narrow space within the Derrick, It is difficult to equip with a corresponding drill pipe discharge device and a single connecting root device. Therefore, explore a solution that can increase the drilling space of the platform, It is very important to design the root-connecting device of drilling platform which has been installed with top drive. Based on the investigation of offshore platform structure, drilling machine and off-line single root connection, this paper combines the Derrick type of offshore drilling and repairing machine. An off-line single device for K Derrick is designed. According to the structure and distribution of drilling platform, a method of increasing the surface area of drilling table is put forward according to the structure and device distribution of the rig. On the basis of the feasibility analysis of installation of the external platform, The installation position selection, function analysis and scheme selection of external platform and off-line single root device are completed, and the process flow of off-line single root connection is designed, and the external storage platform is completed. The structural design of the pipe string moving device and the modification of the second floor equipment. The static characteristics and the natural frequency of the pipe string moving device are analyzed by using finite element method for the external platform, the pipe string moving device and the two-story platform after the transformation. At the same time, the change law of static characteristics of the pipe string moving device is analyzed when the moving beam and the moving car are travelling on the pipe string moving device, so as to prevent the unreasonable structure, The failure of material strength and resonance caused the damage of the device. The model of the original Derrick beam element and the integral beam model of the Derrick after the installation of the pipe string moving device were established, and the deformation and stress distribution of the Derrick and the pipe string moving device under the corresponding load were obtained. The influence of installation of pipe string moving device on Derrick is analyzed by extracting relevant node data.
