陇东油田致密油水平井体积压裂地面配套技术研究

【摘要】:随着致密油藏的开发逐渐深入,常规压裂已经不能满足增产的需求,体积压裂作为一种有效的开发手段,越来越受到人们的重视。长庆油田公司为加大油田开发和产量可持续,于陇东油田实施水平井体积压裂。而致密油水平井体积压裂施工存在占用资源多,施工周期长,施工准备时间长,劳动强度大,连续泵注时间长以及施工风险大等难点和问题,需要进行进一步的研究。本文针对陇东油田致密油水平井体积压裂,提出不同规模、不同工艺的体积压裂施工组织模式及配套工艺技术,建立了一套完整的体积压裂地面配套方案和工程技术配套方法,从而缩短施工周期,实现了高效作业效率。本文首先介绍了体积压裂水平井井场标准化摆放方案和施工材料配送、保障方式方法,为体积压裂施工连续、快捷施工奠定了基础。其次通过直接混配型体积压裂液以及可回收清洁压裂液配方的研发推广,为体积压裂多段、多次施工用水建立了良好的保障。而后通过体积压裂泵注系统优化,开发出满足体积压裂施工的井口注入装置、高低压管汇、大排量供液方案、转注泵撬、溶胀罐、主压车集中控制系统以及施工参数集中采集系统,为连续施工建立了良好的保障。最后通过远程专家指挥决策系统研发和安全施工技术优化为大型施工和连续施工建立了安全和技术保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of dense reservoir, conventional fracturing has been unable to meet the demand of increasing production. Volume fracturing, as an effective development means, has been paid more and more attention. Volume fracturing of horizontal wells is carried out in Longdong Oilfield. However, there are many difficulties and problems in volume fracturing of dense oil horizontal wells, such as taking up more resources, long construction period, long preparation time, large labor intensity, long injection time of continuous pump, and large construction risk, etc. In this paper, for the volume fracturing of dense oil horizontal wells in Longdong Oilfield, the organization mode and supporting technology of volume fracturing with different scales and different processes are put forward. In order to shorten the construction period, a set of complete surface matching schemes and engineering technical matching methods for volume fracturing have been established. This paper first introduces the standardized arrangement scheme of volume fracturing horizontal well site, the distribution of construction materials, and the method of guarantee, which is the continuous operation of volume fracturing. The rapid operation laid the foundation. Secondly, through the research and development of directly mixed bulk fracturing fluid and recoverable clean fracturing fluid formula, Through the optimization of the volume fracturing pump injection system, the wellhead injection device, the high and low pressure pipe sink, the large displacement liquid supply scheme, the transfer pump prying, the swelling tank, are developed. The centralized control system of main pressure car and the centralized collection system of construction parameters, Finally, safety and technology guarantee for large-scale construction and continuous construction is established through the development of remote expert command decision-making system and optimization of safety construction technology.
