深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口研究

【摘要】:深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口窄,给深水浅层钻井设计和工程安全带来极大挑战。根据深水浅层地层特征,运用四参数流变模型进行了波动压力计算,在此基础上考虑深水浅层隔水管安全余量和浅层地质灾害安全余量建立了深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口确定方法。以我国南海莺琼盆地YC1井为例,计算分析了深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口变化规律,结果表明隔水管安全余量、浅层安全余量对深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口影响较大。根据上述结果,提出了利用双梯度钻井技术(DGD)解决钻井液安全密度窗口窄的方法,可为深水钻井设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:The narrow safe density window of deep water shallow drilling fluid brings great challenge to the design and engineering safety of deep water shallow drilling. According to the characteristics of deep water shallow formation, the wave pressure is calculated by using four parameter rheological model. On this basis, considering the safety allowance of deep water shallow riser and shallow geological hazard safety allowance, the method of determining the safe density window of deep water shallow drilling fluid is established. The YC1 well in Yingqiong Basin, South China Sea, is taken as an example. The variation law of the safe density window of deep water shallow drilling fluid is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the safety allowance of riser and shallow layer have great influence on the safe density window of deep water shallow drilling fluid. This paper presents a method to solve the problem of narrow window of safe density of drilling fluid by using double gradient drilling technology, which can be used as a reference for deep water drilling design.
