新型天然气水合物动力学抑制剂的制备及性能

【摘要】:针对现有水合物动力学抑制剂存在的缺点,以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为单体,双氧水为引发剂,在氮气作用下,采用溶液聚合法合成了一种动力学抑制剂,利用实验室水合物动力学实验装置,考察了抑制剂的添加量、过冷度等因素对抑制剂性能的影响,研究了新型动力学抑制剂与乙二醇复配的复合型抑制剂的性能。实验结果表明,抑制剂添加量为1 500 mg/L时,在5℃、6 MPa条件下的诱导时间达213 min,抑制剂溶液在过冷度为9.1℃时的诱导时间达59 min;10 000 mg/L动力学抑制剂与15%(w)的乙二醇进行复配,所得复合型抑制剂的诱导时间比单独使用动力学抑制剂的诱导时间延长了234.0%,具有良好的复配效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of the existing hydrate kinetic inhibitors, a kinetic inhibitor was synthesized by solution polymerization with N- vinyl pyrrolidone as monomer and hydrogen peroxide as initiator under the action of nitrogen.
