苏里格气田水平井钴井液技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,苏里格气田在中、浅地层的勘探开发现已进入中后期,产能逐年衰减,要想保持持续稳定发展,必须扩大勘探领域,寻找新的储量。这就要向深、难、广的方向发展,开发水平井势在必行。苏里格气田石盒子、山西组地层含有大量油页岩、碳质泥岩、硬脆性泥页岩,井壁不稳定,下部砂岩裂缝发育,要求钻井液必须具有防漏和堵漏特性、具有较高封堵防塌能力的钻井液体系。为满足发现、保护油气层的要求,确保钻井施工的顺利进行,对水平井的钻探技术有了更高的要求,其中钻井液是提高苏里格气田水平井钻井水平的关键技术之一。本文简述了苏里格气田地质特点,针对水平井钻进过程中频繁出现的井壁不稳,井眼净化,井漏、起下钻困难,井喷,卡钻等井下复杂情况,以及井眼清洁、润滑防卡、油气层保护等钻井液施工问题。根据钻井液现场成功的施工经验结合实验室各项实验结论,优化钻井液配方和施工方案,改善钻井液的防塌、防漏、润滑防卡等性能,改善裸眼完井生产,有效地清除钻屑,有利于环境和储层保护,以满足安全快速钻井需要。从而缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本,达到提高公司钻井效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the exploration and development of Sulige gas field in the middle and shallow strata has entered the middle and late stages, and the production capacity has declined year by year. In order to maintain the sustained and stable development, it is necessary to expand the exploration field and look for new reserves. This will have to develop in a deep, difficult and broad direction. It is imperative to develop horizontal wells. In Shihezi, Shanxi formation of Sulige gas field, there are a lot of oil shale, carbonaceous mudstone, hard and brittle shale, unstable wellbore, and fracture development in the lower part of sandstone, so the drilling fluid must have the characteristics of leakage prevention and plugging. Drilling fluid system with high plugging and sloughing prevention capability. In order to meet the requirements of discovery, to protect oil and gas reservoirs and to ensure the smooth drilling and construction, there is a higher requirement for drilling technology in horizontal wells. The drilling fluid is one of the key technologies to improve the drilling level of horizontal wells in Sulige gas field. This paper briefly describes the geological characteristics of Sulige gas field, aiming at the frequent occurrence of unstable wellbore, hole purification, well leakage and difficulties in drilling in horizontal wells. The problems of drilling fluid construction, such as borehole cleaning, lubrication and blocking prevention, oil and gas reservoir protection, etc. Based on the successful construction experience of drilling fluid in the field combined with the experimental conclusions of the laboratory, the drilling fluid is complicated in the downhole, such as blowout, drilling jam and so on. Optimization of drilling fluid formulation and operation scheme, improvement of sloughing, leakage prevention, lubricating and blocking performance of drilling fluid, improvement of open hole completion production and effective removal of drilling debris are beneficial to environmental and reservoir protection. In order to meet the requirements of safe and rapid drilling, the drilling cycle can be shortened, the drilling cost will be reduced, and the drilling efficiency of the company will be improved.
