CNG加气站能耗分析与节能途径研究

【摘要】:“节能降耗”是工业用能持续发展的基础,也是当今各行各业关注的热点问题。压缩天然气(Compressed Natrual Gas,简称CNG)作为绿色环保能源,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。虽然我国的车用CNG技术已经发展近三十年,但是现有CNG加气站仍然存在运行能耗高、效率低等问题,制约了CNG行业的发展。本文对CNG加气站全生产过程进行能耗分析评价,确定有效节能环节,提出切实可行的节能途径。 论文针对当前CNG加气站能耗所面临的主要问题,分析加气站工艺和设备方面主要的能耗表现形式和环节,分析了不同种类能源消耗量的计算方法,提出单位销量综合能耗分析方法。针对CNG生产工艺过程和特点,建立可用于CNG加气站生产过程能耗评价的理论体系;辨识了CNG生产过程中能量的消耗及其主要影响因素,确定主要能耗环节;建立CNG生产过程能耗的评价模型,分析评价CNG生产过程中主要工艺的能源消耗状况。其次,结合所调研的数座CNG常规加气站,采用理论分析与实际工程相结合的方法,对影响CNG加气站压缩系统、脱水装置、储气装置及加气装置能耗的主要因素进行分析,并得到对设备能耗的影响因素和规律结果,为加气站的节能运行提供指导。 基于以上分析,针对CNG加气站最大节能点,即压缩系统电耗,以本文选择四川省的数座CNG常规加气站为实例,结合加气站实际情况和实施节能途径的可能性,分析其能耗过高的原因,并从工艺技术、设备水平、运营的节能管理等方面,通过合理调节工艺参数、优化压缩机结构、优化工艺流程、优化储气规模及节能管理,提出节能途·径。节能效果的分析结果表明:(1)针对进气压力低的现状,优化工艺流程后,生产能力提高达37%,生产效率大大提高,压缩机启停频率降低,耗电量下降;(2)优化压缩机结构,降低各级进排气温度,单耗降低,节能率达4.13%,每年可节省电费25988元;(3)优化加气站储气规模,减少了4h的电力高峰用电,实现了调峰和减少高峰用电的目的,每年将节省电费23万元,具有较好的节能效益,实现了压缩系统的节能降耗。对CNG加气站进行能耗分析及节能途径研究,可以有效的预测工艺过程和不同参数组合后的能耗变化,为工艺优化、设备匹配及能耗的控制等决策行为提供依据,对CNG行业的节能降耗工作具有一定的指导意义,为企业节约能源、降低成本指明了方向。
[Abstract]:"Saving energy and reducing consumption" is the foundation of the sustainable development of industrial energy use, and it is also a hot issue concerned by various industries. Compressed Natrual Gas (CNGs) is a green environmental energy source. It has good economic and social benefits. Although China's CNG technology has been developed for nearly 30 years, the existing CNG filling stations still have problems such as high energy consumption and low efficiency. This paper analyzes and evaluates the energy consumption of the whole production process of the CNG gas filling station, determines the effective energy saving link, and puts forward the feasible energy saving way. Aiming at the main problems of energy consumption in CNG filling station at present, this paper analyzes the main energy consumption forms and links in the process and equipment of the filling station, and analyzes the calculation methods of different kinds of energy consumption. A comprehensive energy consumption analysis method for unit sales volume is put forward. According to the process and characteristics of CNG production process, a theoretical system for evaluating energy consumption in production process of CNG filling station is established, and the energy consumption and its main influencing factors in CNG production process are identified. Determine the main energy consumption links, establish the energy consumption evaluation model of the CNG production process, analyze and evaluate the energy consumption of the main processes in the CNG production process. Secondly, combined with the investigation of a number of conventional CNG gas stations, By combining theoretical analysis with practical engineering, the main factors affecting the energy consumption of CNG gas station compression system, dehydration device, gas storage device and gas filling device are analyzed, and the influence factors and rules on the equipment energy consumption are obtained. Provides the instruction for the energy saving operation of the filling station. Based on the above analysis, aiming at the maximum energy saving point of CNG filling station, that is, the power consumption of compression system, this paper chooses several CNG conventional gas filling stations in Sichuan Province as examples, combining with the actual situation of the gas filling station and the possibility of implementing energy-saving approaches. This paper analyzes the causes of excessive energy consumption, and from the aspects of process technology, equipment level, energy saving management in operation and so on, optimizes the structure of compressor, optimizes the technological process, optimizes the scale of gas storage and energy saving management through adjusting process parameters reasonably. The result of the analysis of energy-saving effect shows that: 1) in view of the low intake pressure, after optimizing the technological process, the production capacity is increased to 37%, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the frequency of compressor start and stop is reduced. Optimizing the compressor structure, lowering the intake and exhaust temperature at all levels, reducing unit consumption, saving energy up to 4.13, saving 25988 yuan per year in electricity, optimizing the gas storage scale of the gas filling station, and reducing the peak power consumption for 4 hours. The purpose of peak shaving and reducing peak power consumption has been realized, which will save 230,000 yuan of electricity charge every year, which has better energy saving benefit and realizes energy saving and consumption reduction of compression system. The energy consumption analysis and energy saving ways of CNG filling station are studied. It can effectively predict the change of energy consumption after the combination of process process and different parameters, and provide the basis for process optimization, equipment matching and energy consumption control. It has certain guiding significance for energy saving and consumption reduction in CNG industry. For the enterprise to save energy, reduce costs pointed out the direction.
