基于NSGA_Ⅱ的地下储气库注气节能优化运营研究

【摘要】:地下储气库具有储气量大、安全系数高等诸多优势,已成为天然气管网不可或缺的终端配套设施。其运营是一个涉及经济效益、运营风险、工作效率等因素的多目标问题,因而提出符合多方面要求的注气配产方案以达到降低压缩机能耗、降低运营成本的目标是储气库节能优化运营的核心。为此,基于地下储气库地上地下压力系统一体化仿真模型,综合环境条件、地质条件、安全压力等因素对储气库运营的影响,以单井注气流量为变量,根据管道级别确立双层目标函数,结合实际生产要求设置约束条件,应用NSGA_Ⅱ算法制订了注气配产方案,最后对上述方案进行了生产优化分析。两组实验结果均表明:利用NSGA_Ⅱ算法制订的注气配产方案合理有效,在满足生产要求的同时,也兼顾了地质环境、安全运营等条件,同时压缩机功耗较经验配产情况下降低40%以上,大幅减少了能源浪费。
[Abstract]:Underground gas storage has many advantages, such as large gas storage capacity, high safety factor and so on. It has become an indispensable terminal supporting facility for natural gas pipeline network. Its operation is a multi-objective problem involving economic benefits, operational risks, working efficiency and so on. Therefore, it is the core of energy saving and operation optimization for gas storage to put forward gas injection production plan to reduce compressor energy consumption and reduce operation cost. Based on the integrated simulation model of underground gas storage aboveground pressure system and the influence of environmental conditions, geological conditions, safety pressure and other factors on the operation of gas storage reservoir, the gas injection flow rate of single well is taken as variable. According to the establishment of two-layer objective function of pipeline level and the setting of constraint conditions according to actual production requirements, the scheme of gas injection distribution production is formulated by using NSGA _ 鈪,
