高级氧化法处理炼油碱渣废水的研究

【摘要】:针对COD值为15 000 mg/L、S~(2-)质量浓度为2 100 mg/L的炼油碱渣废水,分别应用芬顿氧化法、湿法氧化法以及微波催化氧化法对该废水进行了处理研究。实验结果显示,在优化工艺参数的基础上,这3种高级氧化方法均能够显著降低该种废水的COD及硫化物含量,满足COD值≤3 500 mg/L,ρ(S~(2-))≤100 mg/L的技术指标要求,而其中湿法氧化法对该种废水的处理效果最佳,可以将水中COD与ρ(S~(2-))分别降至555 mg/L及未检出。
[Abstract]:Fenton oxidation method, wet oxidation method and microwave catalytic oxidation method were used to treat the refinery alkali slag wastewater with a COD value of 15 000 mg / L ~ (2) (mass concentration 2 100 mg/L). The experimental results showed that the wastewater was treated by Fenton oxidation method, wet oxidation method and microwave catalytic oxidation method.
