【摘要】:随着汽车发动机等机械部件对润滑油品质的要求越来越高,传统的矿物润滑油基础油已经难以满足其要求。聚α-烯烃合成润滑油基础油以其超高的黏度指数、很强的抗氧化性和抗腐蚀性等优点,而成为新一代高品质润滑油基础油的首选。本文研究了rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]~+[B(C_6F_5)_4]~-催化1-癸烯聚合制备润滑油基础油,探讨了各反应条件对产品收率及产物性质的影响,考察了其催化1-癸烯聚合的反应动力学,并对比了四种不同的茂金属催化体系对1-癸烯聚合反应的影响。用rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]~+[B(C_6F_5)_4]~-催化体系催化1-癸烯聚合,当原料加入顺序为1-癸烯、甲苯、Al(iBu)3、茂金属、有机硼化物,Zr/烯摩尔比为8×10-5、Al/Zr摩尔比80、B/Zr摩尔比为1.5、反应温度为80℃,反应时间为1h时,产品收率达到96.2%。聚合产物的100℃运动黏度为390.23 mm2/s,黏度指数为259,闪点大于300℃,倾点为-25℃,数均分子量为6235,重均分子量为13019,分子量分布宽度指数为2.088。研究rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]~+[B(C_6F_5)_4]~-催化体系催化1-癸烯聚合反应的动力学,当温度为323 K、333 K、353 K时,其速率常数分别为6407 L·mol~(-1)·h~(-1)、 7551 L·mol~(-1)·h~(-1)、9771 L·mol·h~(-1),拟合得到指前因子为8118.41 L·mol~(-1)·h~(-1),表观活化能为12.18 KJ/mol.对比了四种不同的茂金属催化体系催化1-癸烯聚合时的性能,结果表明,茂金属Ph_2C(Cp)(9-Flu)ZrCl_2比rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2的反应活性高,所得产物的分子量、黏度和黏度指数较高,端基中的亚乙烯基含量较低;助催化剂Al(~iBu)_3/[Me_2NHPh]+MAO的反应活性高,所得产物的分子量、黏度和黏度指数较大,端基中的亚乙烯基含量较低。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for lubricating oil quality from mechanical components such as automobile engines, traditional mineral lube base oils have been unable to meet their requirements. Because of its strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, it has become the first choice for the new generation of high quality lube base oils. In this paper, the preparation of lube base oil by rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/ [Me_2NHPh] ~ [BJ C6F5V 4] -catalytic polymerization of 1-decene has been studied. The effects of various reaction conditions on the yield and properties of the product were discussed. The kinetics of the polymerization of 1-decene catalyzed by the catalyst was investigated. The effects of four different metallocene catalytic systems on the polymerization of 1-decene were compared. The polymerization of 1-decene was catalyzed by rac-Et(1-Ind)_2ZrCl_2/Al(~iBu)_3/ [Me_2NHPh] ~ [BZC _ 6F _ 5S _ 4] -catalytic system.
