【摘要】:油层试油是油田开发初期的最重要的工作之一。通过试油工作为认识地层、计算储量、编制开发方案和确定开发方式提供依据。旬邑探区钻探资料证实油气显示丰富,含油层段、勘探前景好。截至到目前,共钻各类探井40余口,经试油获油流井8口。由于该区勘探程度低,许多地质问题尚未弄清,勘探工作尚未取得大的突破。如油气富集规律、储层基本地质特征等及低孔、低渗储层的技术改造等问题制约了该区油气勘探开发进程,因此急需制定出适合该油区的合理的试油方案。本论文是在旬邑探区地质研究的基础上,结合所收集的旬邑探区勘探开发资料,并分析该油区勘探开发简况和地质特征,通过室内对岩心的地质研究,全面认识了延长组长6、长8油气层的岩石物理性质及岩石中敏感性矿物的类型、产状、含量及分布特点,及确定了油气层潜在损害类型、程度及原因,并落实地层流体物理性质;通过压裂液与地层的配伍性优化研究,结合延长组长6、长8油气层的地质研究,优化选择压裂液配方;并根据试油、试采特征,选取30余口压裂试油井的电性特征进行分析,结合钻井资料运用三维压裂软件模拟出适合不同厚度、不同物性储层的压裂改造模式,最终选择了7口井8个层组压裂试油试验建议,编制8个层组压裂优化设计,制定出适合该油区的合理的试油方案。
[Abstract]:Reservoir oil testing is one of the most important tasks in the early stage of oilfield development. Through oil testing work, it is necessary to understand the formation, calculate reserves, compile development plans and determine the development methods. The drilling data of Xunyi exploration area prove that oil and gas are rich in oil and gas. Up to now, more than 40 exploration wells of various kinds have been drilled, and 8 oil flow wells have been obtained by oil test. Because of the low exploration level in this area, many geological problems have not been clarified. The exploration work has not yet made great breakthrough, such as the law of oil and gas enrichment, the basic geological characteristics of reservoir, the technical transformation of low porosity and low permeability reservoir, etc., which restrict the process of oil and gas exploration and development in this area. Therefore, it is urgent to work out a reasonable oil test scheme suitable for the oil exploration area. This paper is based on the geological research of Xunyi exploration area, combined with the collected exploration and development data of Xunyi exploration area, and analyzes the general situation and geological characteristics of exploration and development in this oil area. Through the laboratory geological study of the cores, the physical properties of the rocks in Yanchang formation No. 6 and Chang 8 and the types, occurrence, content and distribution of sensitive minerals in the rocks are fully understood, and the potential damage types of the reservoirs are determined. The degree and cause of the fracturing fluid and the physical properties of the formation fluid, the optimization of the compatibility of the fracturing fluid with the formation, and the geological study of the Chang Chang 6 and Chang 8 oil and gas reservoirs, the optimization of the fracturing fluid formula, and the selection of the fracturing fluid formula according to the oil test and production test characteristics, The electrical characteristics of more than 30 fracturing test wells are analyzed and the fracturing modification model suitable for different thickness and different physical properties reservoir is simulated by using 3D fracturing software combined with drilling data. Finally, 7 wells and 8 formations were selected for fracturing test, and the optimal fracturing design of 8 formations was worked out, and a reasonable oil test scheme was worked out.
