丙烯酸改性聚醚破乳剂的制备与破乳性能评价

【摘要】:为提高破乳剂的破乳脱水效果、拓宽适用范围,用甲基丙烯酸对聚醚多元醇破乳剂EG-01、EG-02进行改性,优化了破乳剂的制备条件,研究了破乳剂对胜利油田、苏丹Hglig油田和中海油旅大油田原油的破乳脱水效果。结果表明,当酯化时间为6 h,酯化温度为110℃,甲基丙烯酸、聚醚多元醇和四乙烯五胺质量比为7∶2∶1,过氧化苯甲酰用量为物料总质量的0.2%时合成的破乳剂NG-01和NG-02的脱水效果最佳。与EG-01、EG-02相比,NG-01、NG-02脱水速率快,脱水效果好;三嵌段结构破乳剂NG-02的脱水效果好于二嵌段破乳剂NG-01;NG-02对胜利油田重质原油的脱水率大于90%,对苏丹油田中质原油和中海油旅大油田重质原油的脱水率大于95%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the demulsifying and dehydration effect of demulsifier and widen the scope of application, the polyether polyol demulsifier EG-01U EG-02 was modified with methacrylic acid. The preparation conditions of demulsifier were optimized, and the effect of demulsifier on Shengli Oilfield was studied. The demulsification and dehydration effect of crude oil in Hglig oil field of Sudan and Luda oilfield of CNOOC.
