近海陆地石油钻机的防腐技术及应用

【摘要】:石油钻机是指在油气勘探中,带动钻具向地下钻进,用于钻取岩心、矿心、岩屑、气态样、液态样等,以探明地下地质和矿产资源等情况的机械设备。在油气勘探开发过程中起着至关重要的作用。随着石油工业的不断发展,在人工岛及近海陆地施工的石油钻机逐年增多,因常年受海洋大气、海水飞溅等腐蚀,石油钻机的额定载荷下降、钻井能力降低,钻采配件的使用年限缩短,其维修成本逐年增加。本文分析和研究了应用于石油钻机设备上的常用防腐方案和近年新发展的各种防腐方法,并根据近海陆地石油钻井机(ZJ90DB钻机)的不同区域、设备的不同功能及特性,设计使用包括冷喷锌、热浸锌、环氧富锌喷涂、外覆防腐漆,达克罗处理、采用不锈钢材质的紧固件等多种适合近海石油钻机防腐方案,研究并细化了石油钻机设备表面处理及喷涂施工的工艺流程,通过严格控制漆膜厚度,施工工序,保证设备的防腐质量。本文提出并进一步发展了石油钻机在现场使用过程中的延迟腐蚀方法。根据钻机不同部位,不同防腐要求制定了适用于钻井现场环境,适合于钻井队工人施工的切实可行的修补涂装方案及修补工艺流程,细化石油钻机被腐蚀、刮碰处的现场有效修补及二次防腐技术,能进一步降低设备腐蚀速率,减少工人劳动强度,提高钻机使用年限,保障设备本质安全。并为其它近海石油设备的防腐提供参考借鉴作用。有着较好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In oil and gas exploration, the oil rig is used to drive the drilling tools underground to drill for cores, cores, cuttings, gaseous samples, liquid samples, etc. With the development of petroleum industry, the number of oil drilling rigs constructed on artificial islands and offshore land increases year by year, which plays an important role in the exploration and development of oil and gas. As a result of the perennial corrosion caused by the ocean atmosphere and sea water spatter, the rated load of the oil drilling rig has decreased, the drilling capacity has been reduced, and the service life of the drilling and production accessories has been shortened. The maintenance cost is increasing year by year. This paper analyzes and studies the common anticorrosion schemes applied to oil drilling rig equipment and various new anticorrosion methods developed in recent years, and according to the different regions of the offshore terrestrial oil drilling rig ZJ90DB drilling rig, Different functions and characteristics of the equipment, including cold spray zinc, hot dip zinc, epoxy zinc-rich spraying, coating anticorrosion paint, Dacromet treatment, stainless steel fastener and other anti-corrosion schemes suitable for offshore oil drilling rig. The process flow of surface treatment and spraying construction of oil drilling rig equipment is studied and refined. By strictly controlling the thickness of paint film, the construction procedure, This paper puts forward and further develops the delayed corrosion method of oil drilling rig in field operation. According to different parts of drilling rig, different requirements of corrosion protection are formulated for drilling site environment. The feasible mending and coating scheme and repair process suitable for drilling team workers can further reduce the corrosion rate of equipment by refining the corrosion of oil drilling rig, effective repair and secondary anticorrosion technology on the spot of scrape and collision. It can reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the service life of drilling rig, guarantee the essential safety of equipment, and provide reference for other offshore petroleum equipment. It has a good application prospect.
