海上稠油多元热流体注采一体化关键技术研究

【摘要】:受关键技术耐高温高压限制,海上稠油热采一直采用注采两趟管柱作业模式来进行注热和生产,既长期占用平台场地资源,又增加热采作业投资,且频繁洗压井影响热能利用率。为降低热采作业成本,提高热采整体经济效益,对海上多元热流体注采一体化关键技术的高温过电缆封隔器、井下安全阀、电缆穿越器等进行了技术攻关。该技术具有结构原理简单、技术性能突出及耐高温高压的特点,一体化注采管柱整体耐温为250℃,耐压为21.0 MPa,实现了注热、放喷、生产一体化作业要求,是一种低成本的热采工艺技术。该工艺为海上油田多元热流体注采一体化技术奠定了技术基础。
[Abstract]:Due to the limitation of high temperature and high pressure resistance of key technology, thermal recovery of heavy oil at sea has been carried out by injecting and producing two tubing string operation mode, which not only occupies the resources of platform site for a long time, but also increases the investment in thermal recovery operation. In order to reduce the operating cost of thermal recovery and improve the overall economic benefit of thermal recovery, the high temperature cable Packer and downhole safety valve, which is the key technology of the integration of multiple thermal fluid injection and production at sea, is used to reduce the utilization rate of heat energy. This technology has the characteristics of simple structure principle, outstanding technical performance and high temperature and high pressure resistance.
